      If I could give Bridgecrest zero stars, I would. No way to get in touch with a human if you have issues after loan origination. I would not suggest this company with your several thousand dollar loan.

      I paid my car payment on time, but they still charged me an additional fee when I called them. They said that my payment did not go through LIE, and they said we will charge you $15.00 late fee, WHAT my payment was not late, rip off, all they do is lie. Looking for another finance company.

      Awful company. I paid my car off and was due a refund from the ************** I got the complete run around from Bridgecrest informing me to call *******, and to call Ally. After speaking with an actual manager at ****, I was informed Bridgecrest received the funds electronically on 8/20/25. I have called Bridgecrest to find out where the payment was and they told me to call back in two business days which brings me to 9/8/25, I have now called them three times to speak with someone to find out the accounting department said it takes 7-10 business days to release the funds, 10 business days were up on 9/4/25, I should not have to wait an additional 7-10 business days when they had the money this entire time. **************** is a joke - one of the **** laughed at me this morning for telling her to do her job. Another *** has hung up on me, and another *** put me on hold in the middle of speaking. Do better! I like purchasing cars from *******, but Bridgecrest is going to ruin it for them.

      Zero stars. Buyer beware! They dont mean *****%, in reality it is 97% because they add approximately $10.00 every day to your loan. ******* has you sign paperwork via electronic device. You dont receive any loan documents. When you look at said loan documents on the app, they are different than what you signed. Im kicking myself for falling for this scam. Now Im paying an obnoxious amount for a vehicle that barely works.

      I paid off my car in March 2024, and at this point of writing Aug2025, they still do not release the lien of my car title!Please save yourself, and never get loan from this company because you will never get your title even after you pay off.I called them 6 times in a year, and kept waiting for them to resolve our case, despite providing all the proofs of payment

      I purchased the car from ******* and they sold me a lemon even after the car was deemed as a total loss. They are now playing games with reimbursing me the money that is owed to me because I overpaid because I had gap coverage. I am possibly having to seek legal action because they have pretty much given me h*** since I purchased the car and its totaled it was a 2010 Malibu LTZ and when I try to return it within the warranty. They play games with me every day. If I was purchasing a vehicle, I would research all the companies that is connected to Bridgecrest Silverrock, drive time, and GoFi. The **************** representatives will play games and tell you that their accounting department isnt processing your checks or it was lost in the mail for months so please if you are a customer do your homework.

      Due to financial hardship, I was unable to meet my full payment obligations for two months. However, I remained in communication with representatives and made partial payments to show good faith. Despite this, my vehicle was repossessed.Upon attempting to rectify the situation and reclaim my vehicle, I was told I could make a payment. Without my explicit authorization, the company attempted to process the transaction using a payment method that was on file but had not been designated for this transaction. Unsurprisingly, the payment was declined.I immediately contacted the office to update my payment method and resolve the matter. I was then told that I would have to wait 24 hours before I could make a payment because the account needed to be "updated"in other words, additional fees were being added before I could settle the balance. This place needs to be investigated sued and shut down
