1 starPaid every payment on time after a year I was injured at work which required surgery and a descent amount of time being off work. I continued to still make my payment with workers comp being considerably lower than what I was bringing home from my normal job, I needed an extension and was denied not once not twice but three times with no real reason on why it was denied. They were very pushy to make a payment when obviously if I could I wouldnt have asked for an extension. They kept telling me wait until after my payment due date to file so I called the day after my due date as was directed and was still denied. The customer service is absolutly clueless and very unprofessional. So that being said my payment due date was generally on the 8th I decided I had enough of dealing with them and was going to trade the vehicle off to partially get away from bridgecrest. I called them and informed them I was trading on the 10th but it would take a week or so to have everything complete. I ended up trading by the 13th. It takes time To get paper work done but before the following week was up by the 17th I was receiving reposition letters. So not even 10 days after my due date I was getting threatening letters. Best decision ever to get away from them very unprofessional and when they say they offer extensions for hardships obviously its a bold face lie. I wouldnt finance another thing from them if they were the last place on earth. Think for hard before you deal With this company!!!Review fromKarlee H

1 starI had heart surgery and need it to use another extension because of how far back we got with everything because of the surgery. I was three payments back they wanted two payments to offer me an extension which would have been roughly $1, 350. I offered them $1,100 so that we still had money for food for us and our daughter and they would rather come and repo it then let me pay them $1,100 and offer me the extension to help keep my vehicle and to help keep them getting paid now that I'm starting to get back to work. Stay far far away from them!!!!! And I didn't call and ask once I spoke to 7 I repeat seven different people and the only thing that they wanted was payment.Bridgecrest

1 starHorrible ***************** I was in a bind this month and wanted to make my payment 5 days after the due date ( so payroll would hit ). I was told " If you can't afford it why did you buy a new car?" I was taken aback.... and muttered "huh?" They then proceeded to tell me that I could call AFTER my payment was declined on my due date and work something out ( that was a red flag for me, trying to get fees and more interest ). I told them never mind, I will find a way to pay on time.Bridgecrest

1 starI spoke via chat and live conversation w/Bridgecrest asking for a list of payments and rolling balance. They agreed to send it to me, would take a couple of days. I received a copy of my contract and nothing else. The reason I requested this is because I had a credit alert that my balance increased. I have never missed a payment and I pay extra w/each payment. When I questioned them about sending the information they responded that they cannot discuss my account via email or chat. Nothing else.Bridgecrest

1 starBridgecrest refuses to give me extensions even though I have told their agent through text that I have medical debt that I have to cover in addition to the payments that I am behind on for the car. The agent did not have any sympathy whatsoever for my situation and she even stated "I highly suggest securing a payment as soon as possible to lower the delinquency." What kind of robotic, unsympathetic response is that? This company is absolute dogwater.Bridgecrest

1 starI would leave zero stars if possible. Made all payments on time for a year. I needed extra time on one month and called in advance to secure a plan. I was told to call after the due date and I would be given a plan. I tried to be proactive to avoid late charges and negative "bill shaming" from the company. Representatives told lies and gave conflicting information. Tried to change my due date so that my emergency financial situation would allow making "on time payments" to Bridgecrest. The company was completely UNWILLING to work with me so that I could return to making payments on time. Just threats of accumulating interest rates were given. This company uses predatory tactics for a vulnerable population (people who are working hard to repair credit history). Shame, Shame on them for a lack of humanity.Bridgecrest

1 starI want to give 0 *. They made a false delinquent payment credit report on 8/27/25 against me on the day I paid off my car on 8/27. They claimed in the report $0 delinquent and oweing but I'm delinquent?? Bridgecrest also sent me an email stating that I had until 8/31 to pay before they would report me delinquent. I had been ahead in my loan until recently due to being injured and to damage my credit for no fault of mine is outrageous. I called them and they claimed they don't give a month ***** period before reporting to the credit bureau even though their email reflects the exact opposite. When confronted with this information about an email she still denied a ***** ******* This is incompetence.Bridgecrest

1 starI'd give 0 stars if I could. I totaled my car. Had gap insurance through Ally and progressive auto insurance. Had three way discussion with progressive and bridgecrest regarding payoff amount. Checked at that time what need to do in the meantime while everything is processing. I was told progressive and ally would back date the checks so wouldn't need to worry about any further payments as whatever is not covered by progressive would be covered by ************** Received email May 26 2025 that my car payment was due after my accident on may 7 2025. I called bridgecrest and asked why this was appearing as my understanding was it would all be covered by insurance. The representative told me not to pay anything as the checks would be backdated and it would not affect my credit score or have any other issues. Yesterday received an email from credit karma saying that my account was behind and today that it is being reported as delinquent. I called yesterday with my husband and the guy was a complete joke. He knew all the right things to say by their shady little company. Would not put anything in writing, refused to provide me the name of the previous representative that I had spoke to who told me not to pay the payment. They are now saying I still owe $373 according to online account but on the phone the guy kept bringing up random magic numbers. None of the math added up at all. Spoke for 1 hr and literally got no where. Asked to at least get the late fees and interest removed and we'd just pay it even tho it's not right. He refused to provide in writing that if we pay the $373 everything would be settled. Then started saying it was actually a payoff about of $454. Today got a text message saying "thank you for your promise to pay by 9/19/25 your balance of $457." We never agreed to anything on the phone of this. Never were told there was a remaining balance until I got emailed by credit karma. Still have no resolution. Bridgecrest extremely shady and unhelpful.Bridgecrest

1 starMy account was recently charged off, I stayed in contact with Bridgecrest and advised of my financial hardship. I am now in a position where I can make payments on time. I was told my car is up for repossession and while they are not willing to work with me now they will be willing to work with me once the car is sold. How does that make any sense?Bridgecrest
