WATCH OUT!!!! Never use this company if you expect craftsmanship ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS. They broke a pipe to my water heater and caused expensive damage while I was in the hospital for over a week and have yet to resolve the issue at all. They just come in and destroy your property and never come back to fix it. Got a water heater installed and later that day ended up battling medical problems that led to over a week in the hospital then home for a day and back for a few more days. When I got home I realized water had been leaking the whole time into my practically half my house. I called delta and was treated with much disrespect. After what felt Like a battle I was confident they would send someone out. When the guy got her, he was very polite and ended up fixing the leak. Now I am left with black mold growing on my ac , mold in my pantry mold in my closet and everywhere else the water was. They offered no dehumidifier and when asked said that he was just fixing the leak and not sure when they would be able to bring a dehumidifier. So now almost a week later, I'm dealing with this mold and rotten wood. Not to mention they tore out ********* and trim and left a hole open to the outside allowing insects in. Any individual that's not in good health be ware. They will not do you right. Now my ac is broken its 107 heat index and I'm stuck in a moldy house with Autoimmune deficiency and disabled having my floors and walls rotting out, throwing out all my food that was molding , ac broken and mold everywhere all because I allowed them to do the work. Run from this company! We purchased a toilet from ********** and paid the $199.00 for installation. Delta Mechanical contacted us for the installation of the toilet. The toilet was installed in the upstairs guest bathroom. The toilet was flushed a few days later to clear the plumbing since it had not been used. Upon coming downstairs, dripping was heard in the ceiling under where the toilet was installed. We contacted Delta Mechanical and two technicians came the next morning. They removed the toilet and said there was no evidence of leaking. I asked one of the technicians to go downstairs and listen after the toilet was flushed. Sure enough there was water dripping after the flush. The technician said that he couldn't be sure what was happening unless he opened up the ceiling. He also stated that he could not open the ceiling until he reported to his manager/supervisor. Tuesday afternoon after their visit, the toilet was running periodically so I turned off the water to the toilet.Since we did not hear from Delta Tuesday afternoon, I called Wednesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, twice Thursday morning being told, "the manager is away from her desk, the manager is gone for the day, the manager says she will be in at 9:30 am, our managers do not arrive until 11:00, 11:30." I twice asked to speak to another manager or supervisor but was denied. Thursday afternoon I finally reached the woman in charge of claims. She said your claim is denied. What? At this point water had been sitting in the ceiling for days. She directed me to call a leak detection company which we did. The leak detection report stated:Wax ring failure, wax ring installed by **********/Delta plumbing failed due to improper installation. Wax ring not compressed fresh as if out of a retail box. This resulted in water leak from second floor to first floor.This nightmare continues on day 70 from the installation. Water restoration alone is at $3600.00. I received a call from Delta Mechanical after requesting a quote from ********** online for a tankless water heater. The tech that called made assumptions about my current electrical panel and stated that it would not to be possible to install a tankless water heater without upgrading my electrical panel first. When I stated that he didn't know if an upgrade was needed without seeing my panel first. He became angry and raised his voice at me claiming he was a professional who shouldnt be questioned. A professional wouldnt conduct themselves in the manner he did and wouldnt state the need for an upgrade to an electrical panel with zero facts or visual assessment. ********** needs to dump this contractor. He was rude and aggressive and the experience was very upsetting. Great job upsetting a the wife of a lost veteran on memorial day weekend Delta Mechanical.Review from David P

Delta Mechanical Inc. was recommended by ********** for the installation of my new water softener and undersink ** system. The appointment was made and technician ********************************* arrived at my home as stated and on time. He was shown the work site and in coming water turn-off valve site. Upon observation of his keen deminer and technical expertise, it was obvious he knew his business. Without delay, he began the installation of the softener and its detailed assembly using hand tools, torches, drills, and crimping motors. Upon set-up and instruction, he moved to the ** system installation and began that work without hesitation. Upon the completion, he instructed on and advised on usage. Both job sites were cleaned up as if he was never there.************************************* and Delta Mechanical, ***** are highly recommended without hesitation.Review from beth a

I had a water heater replaced and I find that $800.00 for 1 to 1 1/2 hour of work is a bit much. Either a lack of communication or this company just don't care about customers request. This Company ( Delta ) also has a bogus phone number for anyone with complaints.Review from Thomas R

Just horrible experience with them. They never gave me a receipt for the work and it doesn't show in my ********** account. **************** will NEVER pick up and will NEVER call you back when you leave a message or press 2 for a call back. Just a horrible company. I really dread if I ever have a warranty issue ********** will make me go back to Delta and they again will NEVER answer the phone. There website is only for new service not customer related items, which tells you what they only care about. I rated one star but really a zero or negativeReview from Gitte T

Terrible, terrible costumer service. Didnt show up at all after emailing me a reminder that they would. Took off a day from work for nothing. **************** rep was completely indifferent. How do they stay in business?
