              A Radon device was to be installed on June 28, 2024 between the hours of 9a-5p if not a $500.00 charge will be made. Nobody was home during the morning/late afternoon. Upon arrival, we noticed no device was installed, I've contacted the leasing office via email on the app on Friday around 4:45pm on the 28th in regards to the radon device and had no response. I've sent several emails to the property management team and made several phone calls. I left a voice mail July 1st and yet to have a response.

              I lived at ***** apartments for 2 years never been late on rent I call the office 6 times no one ever answered the phone. I get hit with a lease violation for insurance when my insurance never expired I call to get him no one can help was sent a link. I cant believe they dont send any notice but charge you money. This place is a joke

              We appreciate your feedback! In reviewing your file, we advised you to upload your insurance 3 times - 2/1 when your renewal offer was sent, on 5/31 and 6/27. We have record that you contacted the office on 5/31 in reference to the *** fee and was advised by ***** that you would be required to upload your insurance via the ePremium link that ***** provided to you.You contacted the office again on 6/27/24 and spoke to ***** letting her know that you have insurance and requested the *** fee to be removed. ***** stated to you that you are required to upload your insurance to the ePremium link and provided it to you. ***** advised you that we are not able to remove the *** fee as the site incurred the cost of your force placed insurance. We have record that you have now uploaded your insurance and are current in our systems. Thanks!
