I am a long time customer of **********************. Prior to 2022 I didn't experience any major issues with orders. The clothing arrived and the quality was great. Something went terribly wrong in 2023. I placed an order as usual in Jan 2023, but after a month with no delivery, I got in touch. No reply back. A week later, another email, no reply back (other than an auto responder saying they would return my email)....weeks turn into months, multiple emails and even direct messages on social media and no replies ever. I filed for a refund with PayPal and got my money back. Now, in *** 2023 I notice that this vendor is still operating their website as usual, taking orders as usual, replying to social media comments as usual, making instagram posts as usual....so I think it's just a fluke. The Baby Teith website in *** 2023 promises (and I say PROMISES) that orders placed in *** will be received before Father's **** So I take a leap of faith, because I have been a customer for so long, and I place my order again. I was very wrong. Same issue. Every coupe weeks I email, no reply except for the fake auto responder asking me to hang tight. For months I try messaging on social media since she's still active there, no reply except for an auto responder asking me to contact customer service. I email customer service, and get an auto responder saying they're looking into it. I leave comments on their instagram posts asking what's going on. They're deleted. I now realize they are deleting all the complaints from their instagram. I'm now realizing they are cheating a LOT of parents. She's very slick with the auto responders and keeping up the social media appearances because she knows if she can persuade parents to hold tight, that eventually the window to get a refund through CC companies will close. And now 8 months later, that's what's happened to me. My CC company is saying it's too late. Be warned!
