i received a charity payment to APS of $612. I still owe ****** for a 1 bedroom APS has been price gauging me during the summer and and winter on my 1 bedroom apartment. i am being told i owe $988 from a $1400 balance. i have paid over $100-200 a month in utilities for a 1 bedroom apartment and i even received charity help because i am unemployed. I have called APS several times and although i have paid balance down. This is insane as i can't survive without a/c in the summer months because it's 120 degrees outside.i want the price gauging to stop and want my past due charges, late fees removed immediately and i should only be responsible for my current month

      Dear *** or Madam:

I am currently investigating and working with ************** to bring resolution to her concerns. I spoke with her initially on September 13, 2023 to attempt to discuss her concerns. Unfortunately, our call dropped and I did not successfully reach her again. I left ************** a message and committed to follow up again once I have completed my investigation. I am happy to provide an update once my investigation is complete.

Please let me know if you have any questions/concerns.

      Thank You,

On October 4, 2022 I called and canceled my service at 411 ********************** apt **** ******* ** ***** and had new service started at ****************************************************************************. Due to work and husband's health problems I did not pay close attention to billing... I paid over $300 in February I just thought to myself that it was just a owed amount..... then in March I got billed again over $300 ... so I looked closer and saw a second billed address I called March 15 and was told that they would research it and let me know. I did not hear form them so I called again March 30.. they put me on hold and then after 15 min they said that they would research it again... I called today April ***** and was finally told they did not find a call after stuttering... and and again said I did not ask to stop at the first address the call before..... I don't know who to talk to or believe. Please help me.

APS has double billed me by estimating my bill. They have been legally notified that the are no longer allowed on my properties. I have a analog meter that was installed and they can easily read from my back gate. They have continually looked over my gate all summer but refuse to read the analog meter. I have them on video from my security cameras.. They stole my analog meter a few years back and have never returned it. I spoke with *************************** numerous times and she was going to get this resolved but only passed me off to domineering condescending APS empoyees. I have talked with APS customer ********************** representative all summer long with no avail. Promises of supervisors that would call solve my problem. I have the analog meter read from June 22, 2022 of 00000. No need to estimate. They were legally notified of the meter change. They have me overcharged of approximately *******. I want this matter resolved once and for all. I have the same meter on my property in ******** Arizona. ******************* Account Number: *********************************************************** *****************, Arizona ***** ************************************************, Arizona ***** ************ this number will not accept unidentified calls.

********* has done not one thing she has agreed too.  I had an appointment with a technician to install a new analog meter on the 7th of November at 12:00 noon.  No one called no one showed up.  ********* has not returned any e-mails or phone calls.  She is supposed to be getting me my account statements from 2015 forward.  Nothing has transpired since we spoke on the phone and I wish this complaint reopened until completely resolved by my approval of all things I have mentioned in this request and not the APS department or Arizona ********************** complaint.
