    SRP completely lacks in communication to their clients. Yesterday I received my monthly bill that was over double with no indication of why. All my are billing accounts are online and not through the mail. SRP states that they sent out the information on the statements.(mailed) I was told the billing department messed up over the last few months and so theyre just billing everybody now to make up for their mistake. I dont get a statement. What about us? How many million of us are there? Communication makes or breaks you. Congratulations youre broken and Im ****** off! Its not only me its thousands of your clients. Congratulations. What kind of incompetent company does this kind of c*** to their clients?

    SRP has left me in such a rage, its indescribable. Since summer of 2024, I had a balance of almost $1000 and SRP happily rolled it over to my paydown balance and I have been making consistent payments to bring the balance down. Since then, Ive called AT LEAST ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH to request an advance due to low or no funds available or inability to pay in person; and they have always HAPPILY helped and provided a one-day credit and most times even a 3-day credit. Today I called because Im at work and realize my kids at home have only $1 remaining on the meter and Im unable to make a payment in-person. I call for assistance only to be met with a oh well, its YOUR responsibility to keep power on your meter and youre ineligible for an advanced but i can send you local resources as if those resources dont have MASSIVE waiting lists and all im asking you for is a 5$ credit to get my kids through the day until im off and Ill literally repay the credit and some. Mind you, my balance is now almost down to $500 even with all the previous exception credits they have provided. They did not care about anything. The supervisor was even worse. If they werent the only power company in my apartments, account would have been cancelled right then and there. Were moving soon though, so.

    I have been with SRP for years. And for some reason they have decided to no longer help those in need of assistance. SRP has always been a great company. However now they have a lackluster care. For any customer who needs assistance. They tell you to file for forms. To help you with better assistance. And the places they give you no longer exists or help with SRP accounts. That's beyond insane as to why they still recommend them. Then when you call and ask for assistance. They won't help you unless you stay on the line and do their surveys. Which I think is very Rude because they won't help you otherwise if you happen to call again. I have someone who is on A Inogen Breathing machine. WHO NEEDS TO BE ON IT AT ALL TIMES. AND WHEN I TOLD SRP MANAGER AND *** THAT THE ELECTRICITY NEEDS TO BE ON FOR THEM TO BREATHE THEY DID NOT CARE. THEY DID NOT SHOW EMOTION. THEY BASICALLY SAID "OH WELL" AND WE ARE IN ******* WERE THE AIR IS ALREADY BAD AS IT IS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. AND IF YOU HAVE TO. BE VERY CAREFUL. 0 STARS. SOMEONES LIFE IS IN DANGER NOW DUE TO MANAGEMENTS LACK OF EMPATHY.

    I wanted to thank the friendly and knowledgeable staff they have in their customer service. Having only lived here in the Phoenix area for just over a year, I have to say this is the best electric company that I have dealt with. They are always friendly and do their best to help me in any situation.

    I HOPE IM IN THE RIGHT PLACE, AND IF IT ISN'T, I HOPE WHO'S EVER RECIEVE'S THIS, MAKES SURE IT GETS TO THE RIGHT PLACE I WOULD LIKE TO THANK SRP AND ALL THE STAFF, INCLUDING ROSY ON UNIVERSITY AND POWER FOR THEIR EXPERTISE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, IVE HAD *********************************************** FOR 3 AND A HALF YEARS, NO MATTER THE SITUATION THEY HAVE BEEN OVER AND ABOVE HELPFUL **** BEING NUMBER ONE IN MY OPINION. SUPER GREAT???????? I KNOW I WAS A PAIN AT TIMES BUT YOU ALL HAVE JUST BEEN SO AMAZING..     I submitted a review on 9/23/2024 and SRP followed up right away. They have resolved the issue beyond my expectations. I was impressed with their professionalism, response time, and honesty. It seemed to me, in the end, to be an issue of getting to the right person with the right information who was willing to figure out how to resolve the issue. I am completely impressed and grateful. The topped poles have been removed.

    SRP is half in half out type of business. They push charges on the customers, charge different amounts for the same KWH. Make excuses for their poor billing department. Out of other utility companies they are stuck in the past. The customer service is hit or miss, some know what they are talking about and others just give misleading information. Why do I got to get a different answer every call. Makes them hard to trust. For a company stating SRP is a community-based, not-for-profit organization providing reliable, affordable. They miss all those marks. The are more about protecting their bottom line then community.

    8 outages in 36 months. 2 outages in July power out ***** hours. Our area is always last on their repair list. We have guests, a 7 month old baby and an old dog here. It is 90 degrees in the housebutno amount of pleasing would speed the response time. If I had any options I would leave them in a heartbeat. Nice customer service agents are no substitute for competence.

    Every time I call SRP they are so friendly and so helpful. I have recently been hit with a lot of personal things in life that have caused me to get behind on my bills. Losing a family member and needing to travel, having to pay to put my pet down (which is so expensive), among a lot of other things. Today my power went off because I was so behind and I only have $25 to my name. I'm a single mom who works from home. The person I spoke to was so kind, understood I was dealing with a lot, and showed empathy. She helped me push out my date to pay when I knew I could and got my power back on right away. Bless her, she was wonderful. Every person I have talked to any time I have called have been so willing to help and never gave me any issues. I will say I do not have the m-power box plan, which has been better for me as a single mom. I see all these negative reviews on here but I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. I hope this is shared with the staff and gets back to the person who helped me.

    The neighbors had an electrical issue. SRP knocked on my door and explained that the issue is under my front yard. They dug up my freshly reseeded grass and destroyed the way it looked. They said someone would contact me but no one did. I had to reseed and spend money out of my pocket to fix it. Its sad that they can destroy personal property and not have to fix it.
