    I pay $245/month on a budget plan and I cant even get my phone to charge in less than 6 hours due to their clean energy plan. They are ripping customers off left and right. They need to be fined and sued.

    Just got my first bill from SRP and I was charged a monthly $20 "fee". When I originally setup my account a month ago the SRP rep made no mention of the $20 monthly "fee". Had I known I would moved into an apartment complex that doesn't use SRP. The lack of transparency makes me angry and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Won't do business with them in the future!??

    11 days and counting SRP couldn't be bothered by a priority job. They are even trying to change the design as well. I live in this house. I've literally had to fund and find alternative shelter for half a month now. Unacceptable.

    Been waiting on my deposit back for 3 weeks now. I'm a homeless single mother and I need my money. My daughter needs milk. I call them everyday and they say it was put in the mail on the 7th. I will NEVER EVER get an apartment with SRP. and I don't recommend them to anyone.

    We had a transformer blow behind my house on Easter at 8:30pm. I received a text but still called to let them know exactly where it was and service was back up in less than an hour! Whenever I call in their representatives are always knowledgeable and helpful.

    I've had 35 power outages in 36 months. 9 outages in the last 10 weeks. SRP never has a long term solution, they don't have answers, they have no one for customers to contact or speak with to explain why the outages continue to occur, and they clearly aren't doing anything to fix the issue in a sustainable way. There is no retribution for customers for the inconvenience. Working from home gets halted every time power goes out, lost revenue, lost groceries in the refrigerator. Where is the governing body that is responsible for the oversight here?

    I am having power outage multiple times a week. My entire neighborhood loses power. SRP said they dont even know what the problem is and weve been having those outages for weeks. Theyre quick to hit you with a late fee but much less dedicated to actually supplying power to their customers

    By far the worst company to deal with, they now have removed kiosks to make payments on mpower accounts, and have you pay at specified stores near you, each location needs either the barcode or the house address, its not a consistent process. My account was set to a cash pay account due to 2 returned payments during a time I was out of work with covid and another when I had fraud on a account and switched banks. Instead of just setting it up t accept a debit or credit card its revoked, so you cannot make a payment over the phone or do anything but pay at there kiosk which now is gone. I have been trying to pay my bill since last week to avoid any issues 3 different frys locations lookd at me and others like they had not clue and say to come back when another manager is working, 2 different Cvs stores until one at least tried to do it. If someone has no vehicle or help are they going to pay for that inconvenience , of not properly rolling out a training to all of the locations they voluntarily said will process payments? Its extremely concerning the lack of care and concern they have for inconveniencing customers and workers, the lack of knowledge to whom is supposed to take the payment is weird and I have contacted them numerous times to allow paymentd on. my acciunt but they refuse. They made money off the returnd payments as well as my bank, so its extremely disappointing seeing a long line waiting to put money on and nobody helped. Its BS
