    I want to thank you for the help that ******************* gave me for getting me a replacement motor/ramp for my lift recliner chair that I purchased on Amazon. I spent almost 6 hrs on the phone with Amazon and they refused to help me in anyway, that I would have to contact the chair manufacturer in *****. I Tried that with no luck. I tried to contact the motor manufacturer on line and they said that motor number was invalid. ******************* found a motor in your system and put it on priority mail to. ******************* is an awesome person, extremely well knowledgeable about my issue and worked very hard for information about the chair manufacturer. I have closed my account with Amazon after many years and spending thousands of dollars with them, they basically told me that they did not care about helping me address the failure in my lift chair.

    Received brand new lift chair remote control for older model. Working perfectly and prise is very affordable. **************** is very helpful and professional.

    I got the wrong part after sending the information about the chair. I did not know this until my son came into town to help with the new part. I called and was told they could not reimburse me, which I said ok. I would just take more pics and order a new part. I took more pics and sent them to get the right part (again) and called them. Someone else answered. They said I did not have to return the other part that was wrong, and that they would send the correct one right away. I told them I would return anyhow at my expense. I did. That was over two weeks ago. I have been trying to call, to talk to someone, and , email them, because the new part never came. No answer, no return emails. I think they are trying to pull one over on me, and lied to me. I called on a different phone (on purpose) and they returned that phone call with a robo type call. Not my phone, which I had also called on (and it has a different area code) on the same day. I was willing to pay for the new part even though I was going to out money, and told differently. My husband needs his liftchair and I have the thing tore apart. I hate being lied too!

    The customer service is first-rate! I called late at night and was surprised that someone actually picked up. I sent them photos of my power supply tag and they were able to identify it and send me out a new one the next morning.They went above and beyond to help me!

    I have been trying to find the correct part to repair my chair for over a year. I called this company and the tech support lady knew EXACTLY what I needed, the company who made it and in less that 5 minutes, I had the correct part ordered and on it's way to my home. I could not be more pleased.
