As you can see from complaints this company is underhanded and sneaky.

    I purchased an item online a few months ago (item was about $15). I was then charged a ***** subscription fee in December. After speaking to their customer service, I was assured no further charges would be made. I have requested refund of the ***** charge in December without success. Today, January 25 Gear Elevation attempted to charge my card again. Ive reported the charge as fraud.This was the message I received from customer service:***** *************************** 6, 2024, 20:17 GMT+8 Hi *******, Your membership has been deactivated. This charge should not appear on your account moving forward. We appreciate your business more than you know. If you have any additional questions, Id be happy to assist you at any point.     01/02/25-Transaction date $28.61 paid(including optional "packing tip")Company committed to providing me with two pairs of winter gloves.Package was supposed to arrive no later than 01`/21/25 I received email on 01/21/25 claiming received that package was undeliverable due to "insufficient postage". Postage should have been included with the order.Contacted Gear Elevation on 01/22/25 requesting that the package be guaranteed by Saturday or to issue me full refund. Heard nothing from supervisor via email or phone same day.Called again 01/23/25. Was told if I paid the "missing" postage, they would issue me a full refund and reimburse the postage if I take the time to send them a receipt. This feels not only an inconvenience, but a carefully designed scam to get more money from people who'll never see these packages.Currently waiting for call back from supervisor.I feel taken advantage of and unsafe doing business with Gear Elevation. Representative on phone should have been authorized to pay the refund as there is no indication the two sets of gloves will ever arrive.

    At check out you are asked if you'd like to become a rewards member 80$ a month, or pay for shipping. No matter which you select they sign you up and charge you the 80$. I very carefully made a one time purchase and was still charged as a rewards member. Absolute scam, and I just want people aware. I bought a 10$ item and was charged 90$ Absolutely not okay.

    Date of transaction: December 6, 2024 The item I ordered was broken upon delivery. I immediately contacted Gear Elevation to refund or replace. I sent Gear Elevation a picture of the broken item per their request and was assured they would respond promptly. Nothing but more email responses telling me they are going to respond **************** assured me I would get immediate attention. Nothing in 6 weeks except a bill to my ****** account in the amount of $79.99 for a membership which I never requested. I contacted them by phone and Gear Elevation did refund the membership charge immediately.

    I ordered 2 items for a total of the amount listed above on 12/20/2024 and the money was withdrawn from my bank account on 12/23/2024. I was told it would be shipped and delivered by Christmas eve. I never received them and cannot get a hold of anyone through the company. I want a full refund and no additional charges of any kind to my bank account.

    I spoke with the company, although it says it was delivered it in fact was not. We checked with every home in our neighborhood. It was never delivered.

    I was charged $79.99 on 1/2/25 for a 3 month subscription I never signed up for. I ordered a remote control car from a company I thought was in ********. The order came from ***** and took forever to get here. I want nothing to do with this company and certainly did not sign up for any subscriptions. The "subscription" should be canceled and my money refunded.

    I purchased a $12 pair of makeup glasses from Gear Elevation/Energy Commerce Elevation LLC in December 2024 via ******. In January on 2025, Gear Elevation charged my ****** account $79.99 for some specious ongoing subscription. I did not authorized an ongoing subscription when I ordered the glasses, nor have I received the benefit of any service. I see here on BBB, that this is not the first such scam on this company's part. How awful they continue to do business in the **!

    On 12/6/24, I ordered a lens cleaner from Gear Elevation. They included a free trial of a subscription in my purchase, and I declined the recurring subscription. I received my product but was charged for the recurring subscription on 1/6/25. I never agreed to the subscription and reviews online corroborate this story. I cannot find a way to cancel on the website. There was no confirmation of recurring charges during the initial purchase.
