    While I was a patient at this facility I had a family member drop off items that were a total of about $120. (Receipt available if needed) I was not informed about or made aware of any of these of these items except for one pack of cigarettes. I was expecting more items than 1 pack of cigarettes but the facility would not let me contact my family member to follow up regarding what they dropped off for me. The medical staff at this facility did not provide me with proper medication causing added stress. Not being properly medicated here & not receiving the items I needed to be successful was a detriment to the treatment I was trying to seek. Due to the circumstances here I had to end treatment early. I was informed about the items from my family member after I left. As soon as I was made aware of this I contacted the facility. They told me my property was probably thrown away at that point. I contacted the facility again and spoke with a manager by the name of vahn. She told me the same thing as the previous employee. I told her that I would like myself or family member to be reimbursed for the property that they didnt make me aware of & threw away. $120 is a lot of money to throw away in the trash. She stated she will not provide compensation for my missing property. My goal here is to be compensated so I can pay my family member back. Its a shame they spent their ************ all for nothing. They also fail to realize that this situation caused a major negative impact on my health. I feel like compensation is the least they can do to make up for their negligence.

    Normally, I would stick with a ****** review. But this company out right lied, took advantage, and didn't care at all about how they treated Me during the time I was at their facility. They clearly knew what they were doing and know what they are doing. That's why they tell their patients to sign papers that you can't *** them. But I will make sure these helpless patients do not have to be burned by this company. I saw first hand what and why people left the reviews they did. Vogue, you know you were wrong for holding my things hostage. You were wrong for lieing on paperwork and saying I was sleeping when I wasn't. You were wrong PERIOD.

    I apologize that you had this experience with our facility. We do try our best to help patients coming off of substances. We put certain policies and practices in place to help individuals make good decisions and encourage patients to work through their struggles and discomfort. We will review our practice to see what we can work on to change anything that we feel may be problematic. Again, thank you for your feedback and I truly hope you are successful in your sobriety efforts and journey.

    You did not want to take responsibility for anything. If your company cared, then they would not have fought me so hard on how miserable you guys made me. But, that is okay, I did not read all the stuff you guys made me sign when I came there.Which by the way, isn't ethical either. You know people are withdrawing and some are even still on drugs and yet, you make them sign papers on papers without telling them word for word what they are signing. Companies like you won't last too long. And you make sure people can't *** you because you know you are in the wrong. I didn't have a lawyer to show me what I needed to fight this time, but next time I will.
