I have complained to namecheap about this site {promotionnow.site} Since Jan 1. 2022. Namecheap has allowed at least two foreign entities to 'spoof' our domain address (westairgases.com)It took almost 7mos for them to shut down the first incidence, and now they are ignoring our cease and desist on the second.Initial Complaint

I have been trying for over a month now to get Namecheap.com to remove a fake imposter website. My public information was used to create a fake website using their domain company and I have received several notices and emails from people that were defrauded. I have also received phone calls at my place of work inquiring when they would see results. Fake website is scam a lot of people of their hard earn money but posing as me and stating they can make big amounts of money trading Crypto and other investments. They are advertising this fake website in the ******* Comment section of videos. It is ruining my name and causing me a lot of wasted time. I was able to get other sites removed but Namecheap has not responded in removing the following fake website. www.evelynalenrhines.com I need all the inquiries and emails to me to stop it is stressing me out. I can't help but think that Namecheap is part of the problem. I have contacted them over 5 times with no response. I have filed an FB, FTC and SEC complaint as well.Initial Complaint

Two problems:1) I have another account - jared252016 - that I no longer have access to. I have tried multiple times to obtain access to my purchased domains and have each time sent in the required information for them to acknowledge me as the owner. They refuse to transfer the domains to my other account. Domains in question:skitzen.com lucifer.sh danielweisinger.me among others.2) I am trying to purchase 3 domains: chastity.fun, interracial.fun, and roommate.fun. Chastity.fun is not sellable because it is reserved, so be it. However, interracial.fun and roommate.fun are both listed at $1.48 for 1 year. When added to cart, the prices are jacked up tremendously to almost $500 for both. I would like them to honor their listed price of $1.48 for 1 year.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to have them close my account for over a year Ive received emails saying that it has been closed. I currently am getting phone calls and more emails about iOS and that my accounts are not closed now Ive asked her again to have them closed and they are refusing to close them and still charging me.Initial Complaint

Namecheap.com is hosting a fraudulent website Coinmastertraders.com, and Namecheap.com allows the website to continously scam me, and a few of my friends for over $100,000. We've contacted Namecheap.com and no response has been given. We have no choice but to escalate this issue and file compliant with IC3, and file reports with law enforcement. Coinmastertraders.com solicits users to register on the website promising high returns of the funds that the user deposited, but only then to have the user's funding account wiped out and account closed, with no access to customer service. ********************** is held responsible for hosting the website and allowing fraudulent activity through their servers. This incident started 12/20/2021 and people are still getting scams by the hour.Initial Complaint

Namecheap suspended my domain ********** saying that a payment was refunded by thir risk team no invoices to pay in my account and support dont want to help as they say its a risk department case $20 seems to be a risk for namecheap and my online business being ruined by them need my domain back asap and economic compensation for the 4 day downtime and countingInitial Complaint
