              1) I am writing to address the outstanding issues regarding the completion of the cabinet "punch list" items in my house. Despite multiple appointments over the span of a year, workers have either failed to show up or lacked the necessary parts for installation. On 5/23, I was assured that all parts were available, but only one incorrect drawer front was delivered. This has resulted in many wasted hours on my part. I request a prompt and definitive resolution to this matter.2) Regarding the retaining wall fence issue: there is a discrepancy of approximately 2 feet in length compared to the retaining wall. Initially, *************************** (Director ********************* assured me via email that a new fence of the correct size would be provided as a replacement. However, his position was subsequently eliminated, and I was informed by Mosaic representative *************** that the replacement would not take place due to an additional cost of $500 for Mosaic. I would like to request the fulfillment of the promised fence.

              If we could turn back time, we would have never moved into a Mandalay home. We had purchased this property in ********* to be our retirement/dream home and it has been nothing but heartache since we moved in on December 1, 2022. Had we known the quality of the home and the outright deceit from some of their employees to just get that sale, we would have just stayed at our prior residence. We really regret our decision and it is doubtful that Mandalay will do anything to remedy the situation. After all, they already cashed the check.
