      Vitalant calls me at least once a day despite me requesting not to receive calls via my account preferences. I block the number, and they call from a different number. This call is automated, so i cannot speak to a representative to ask not to be contacted further. This has been going on since I originally donated blood in May of 2020. I do NOT want to be contacted further by this company. Attached is phone record from ONE of the numbers they have tried reaching me at.

      I attempted to give blood a few years ago. However, I dont exactly remember the date. I did not fit the criteria to give blood due to a past circumstances. So, I never can give blood even if I wanted to. I never opened up an account to their website but I receive a lot of messages asking me to donate on a weekly base. Why on earth would they even call if I am not suited to give blood. Even when I block the calls, I receive the messages anyway. And sometimes the calls would come in from a different number. I am not sure how to stop the calls because even when I answer the caller (Vitalent) either hangs up or continues with the recording. I am not sure about how to address it, so I came to address it with BBB.

      Vitalant calls my cell number several times a week. I never consented to receive their calls and I feel as if I am being harassed. This is not the way they to people to donate blood; by harassment. There's no clear way to be added to their do not call list. I want them to stop calling me.

      It seems like these complaints are a dime a dozen. Nonstop predatorial calls even though I've never been involved with this company in any capacity. If I block one number, the company changes it and calls again and again. This company operates like a scam. I work nights, and these calls continually wake me up. I don't want to be contacted by this company. Furthermore, action by the BBB would be appreciated.

      Vitalant ******************* (Blood Donation) is calling me several times a week with robo calls. I have doubled checked and my number is on the do not call list. I have also texted STOP to their number ****. These calls have been occurring for several years and I can not seem to stop them.

      I continue to get calls from this company several times a week despite asking to be taken off their call list. At one point I mentioned that I have a medical condition that prevents me from donating, and the representative then asked about my medications in an effort to get me to donate despite my refusal and the mentioned condition. This behavior is inappropriate and illegal as that is confidential information, and should not be requested by a complete stranger in a cold call.

      This company harasses me with incessant calls. They called me 7 times just yesterday and have called me nearly 30 times this month asking for a blood donation. This has been going on for years!

      I donated blood to Vitalant ONCE in 2019. I have been receiving calls almost every day since then. Sometimes I received multiple calls on the same day. I block the number, and they use a new one next time. I have to listen and delete the voicemails, which are all just recorded messages so even if I answer I can't tell a live person to STOP THE CALLS. I will never give them my business again because of this harassment. I don't want an apology from the company; I want these calls to STOP.

      I donated blood one time five years ago and I still receive multiple calls every week trying to solicit another blood donation. I've requested removal from the contact list to no avail. All I want is for Vitalant to not call me again.
