  March 2025 went to National Laser Institute for Laser hair removal, cool sculpting, IPL facials, micro needling and tattoo removal. The instructors were great but its such a scam. Although they claim Massachusetts does not require anything other than certification. Although that may be true they fail to tell you that in order to get a job in the field 99% of employers require you be a medical aesthetician. They hype up the class get you all excited, but they failed to tell you the most important detail of it all employment..Since graduating in March **************************************************************************** person too many facilities in a 60 mile radius of my home and every single place requires a medical aesthetician to even touch a laser, cool, sculpting, micro, needling, ****** before you enter into this class, I suggest you do your research, I spent $6800 on a certification that is useless. The owner hype up everything constantly on social media and its very misleading In the state of *************, I cannot see anybody without a medical aesthetician license getting into the ********************** failed Im a licensed cosmetologist and I cant even imagine people that Im not licensed at anything and just going to Laser Class getting employment in this field Its very disappointing that ***** the owner of National laser is not honest to his students that trusted him. Unless you are in the medical industry, I suggest not going to this course because the employment rate is next to none.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond.Were truly sorry to hear that ***** has experienced difficulty finding work following her training, and we sincerely wish her the very best in her job search. We understand how challenging the start of a new career can be.However, we would like to clarify a few important points:1.Licensing and Legal Requirements in *************: There is currently no state law in ************* that requires individuals to be licensed medical aestheticians in order to perform cosmetic laser procedures. The requirement is that any facility offering these services must have a licensed medical director who oversees and delegates procedures. This allows a wide range of individualsincluding those without a medical or aesthetician backgroundto enter the field, which is exactly what our program is designed to support.2.Class Hours: Our program is designed to run daily from 9 AM to at least 5:30 PM, and often until 6 PM, depending on the days schedule and last client. Occasionally, client cancellations or no-shows can affect the exact end time, and students may practice on one another when needed. However, early releasesespecially before 5:30 PMare not the standard and are actively discouraged. If any class on any day ended earlier than advertised, we sincerely apologize and are reinforcing this policy internally. That said, our records do not indicate any days where class ended as early as 3 PM or before 5 PM.3.Job Opportunities and Career Readiness: While there are no guarantees in the job market, the cosmetic laser industrylike many service professionsis relationship-based. Employers often prioritize confidence, communication skills, and professionalism as much as technical training. Many of our graduates, even without prior medical experience, have launched rewarding careers by presenting themselves well and seeking out practices with supportive onboarding environments.We stand by the quality of our program and its compliance with all applicable state guidelines. That said, we genuinely empathize with Susans frustration and sincerely hope shes able to find a practice that recognizes her potential.   My first time going to any type of med spa and the service I received was laser hair removal in the training facility. The instructor explained the process and expected results. I already booked my next area. The Medspa is welcoming and the staff are very friendly highly recommend National Laser Institute.

  I have been receiving both laser treatments and my botox services at National Laser for the past 10 years. I've always gone through their student setting training facility and have had positive experiences every single time.Hair Removal is by far my favorite procedure I've done! The instructors are always amazing and make you feel comfortable with students treating you. These students are beyond professional and here to learn! You can tell they are well instructed and eager to treat you safely and want to give you an effective treatment. Not having to shave anymore while living in the ******* heat is life changing! Also Getting my botox and dermal fillers done at a discounted rate in their training facility allows me to get these procedures done in my budget and under the safe practices of nurses/doctors. I go in about every 6 months regularly for maintenance & love seeing all of my favorite nli staff. I highly recommend if you're looking for a facility that can help you achieve your personal aesthetic goals with discounted pricing & consistent well trained staff! Thank you NLI!! ??

  I LOVE National Laser Institute. I have been going to *** for years now and all of their team are very knowledgeable. Ive always booked my appointments in the school and the instructors are AMAZING!!! Talk about exceptional customer service and expertise at **********************. My favorite service is the eMatrix Skin Rejuvenation treatment. I have seen improvement in my skin's texture and alot of my hyperpigmentation has reduced. Ive recommended NLI to all of my family and friends because their service is excellent and the laser machines are top- notch. From the moment I step into their beautiful location to the moment you get into a room it's such a pleasant experience. NLI is a rare find simply the best medspa in ******* hands down.

  National laser institute is by far the best school out there for both laser and injections. Most schools do not provide much hands on with actual models and they do. I highly recommend.

  I have been a National Laser Institute client for three years, and love it! I started with a simple laser hair reduction treatment, and now they are my go-to for anti-aging treatments. I go there for IPL photo facials, radio frequency micro needle, and CO2 treatments. Now, I get *****, filler, and PRP there, too. Since the treatments are done by students under the close supervision of top of their field instructors, the prices cannot be beat. Plus, I love hearing the science behind why the treatments work during the appointment.

  I have been a part of National Laser Institute for 12 years and I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!Countless treatments for services in private and school environment are state of the art. The Med Spa personnel are so warm and friendly and each one make you feel like family. The instructors are the most skilled, trained professionals you could ever know and work with. The students, from career changers, nurses and doctors (from all over the ** and abroad) are in awe of the experience they receive and always tell me they cannot wait to recommend us to their friends and family looking for a life changing career in medical aesthetics. #1 school in the ***.

  I was a little hesitant the first time I scheduled a treatment in the training environment (new students learning to use cosmetic lasers) but my excellent experiences there put my worries at total ease. The instructors are highly skilled, very hands-on and really help to give the students confidence and control. The treatments I've had included no more than 5-6 students, and you can tell they are so excited and happy to be learning how to safely and properly use the equipment! Highly recommend National Laser Institute.

  I am so happy I did this course! This course is so thorough, the trainers and even the *** ***************************** showed support by showing up and having a day with us and even took us out after class! The classes were set up properly, with practical and clinical hands on training, including enough hours to receive proper licensing. I am a Canadian and went to ******, ** for training; my career has exceeded all expectations as having superior training (exceptional reputation of NLI) has made me a prime candidate when looking for a job. The training is so impressive, necessary and thorough that I ended up being a trainer for years while I was working for other companies; even though I was a beginner, I was superior in the knowledge of my seniors... all thanks to **** I now own my own clinic! Cypress *************** in *********, B.C., I know this was only because I graduated from NLI, the motivation, the energy the confidence building, and educational information for all avenues of your career are 100% met at the **** I am forever grateful!
