      Just a few days ago I gave a fabulous review to clean free car wash at 111th and Grand. Yesterday I received a text saying that my membership has been canceled. What a h*** of a way to treat a glowing customer. I explained how everyone was so good and I felt like they were part of my family. I actually prayed that there would be a car wash going into that space and God listen to me. I have been a customer since the very beginning and I don't deserve to be treated like this.       About three weeks ago, I took my 2020 ******* Corsair through the new Klean Freak car wash on W Tangerine Rd. At the end of the car wash while I was going through the dry cycle, the blowers blew the cover off of my left side mirror. It took two or three days for the staff to locate the part which at this point had been driven over by other cars and was broken into pieces. I asked the company to pay for the part which cost $160. I gave them the parts receipt. After numerous visits, (and several promises for someone to contact me), they finally told me that they were not going to pay for the part.

      The following is an email I have sent to them repeatedly. Dear **************** Team,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my membership experience. Despite numerous attempts to cancel, I continue to face issues with my top-tier wash membership.Repeatedly, I've encountered an "expired" message when trying to use the wash, prompting me to sign up multiple times. A review of my history will show that I barely use the service, approximately once a ******** efforts to contact corporate have been unsuccessful, with no response to my inquiries. Furthermore, I've experienced damage to my vehicle due to faulty equipment. On two separate occasions, the car wash soap was not functioning, and the brushes scratched my car while it was dry and dusty.I would like to file a claim for the damages incurred and request a refund for the months I've been incorrectly charged.       I cancelled my membership on 12/7/24 and this company still charged my bank account for the $35.00 membership fee in 12/13/24.I have attached the.screenshot including the date the email shows cancelled as well as a screenshot of the charge. My money needs to be refunded immediately.

      On December 4, 2024 at 9:55 AM I went to get a car wash at Clean Freak Car Wash on **********************. I was in my 2017 ***** RX 350 (black) In the car wash, the liftgate panel was ripped off my car. I noticed it when I was going to vacuum the car, I asked one of the workers if they could check the wash for my part. And it was crushed and broken into three pieces. It is currently hard to get a hold of anyone through phone numbers or email. I will try to go in person to resolve this. As of right now, I want to hold the car wash liable.

      It is very difficult , if not impossible, to cancel a membership. I canceled several months ago and continue to be charged. There is no customer service support number available for clean freak. The only way to contact them is through their website. Even the local clean freak manager said theres no way to contact them directly for cancellation. They ignore the requests for cancellation on their website and continue to charge. They do not send any confirmation of the cancellation, and you need to take a screenshot of their webpage in order to provide documentation to your bank. This has not yet been resolved.

      I believe this business intentionally ignores requests to cancel subscriptions.I filled out their online form to cancel my subscription in July of 2024 and the next page isnt a confirmation of cancellation but rather a page that states that the ticket has been received. They also do not send a confirmation email. I then have been charged for two more months totaling 60$. I have tried to reach out through their phone number but its automated system redirects you to fill out the useless online forms. Trying to speak to with a customer service representative leads to the automated system telling you that the inbox is full and then not responding anymore. I am unable to dispute with my bank since they dont provide receipts or emails.

      I had been a member of this business for years. I had a long standing membership so that I could wash any of my family's cars at this location with the monthly membership. Then, the ownership changed, but they promised to honor the memberships that were already in place. Then they canceled my membership and tried to get me to pay more money for fewer cars. That's not only not honorable, it's completely dishonest and crooked.

      Went to Clean Freak to sign up for a promotion they had for a monthly subscription. When I signed up the man went into the office and took my debit card and signed me up and said I was good to go. He gave me the receipt I attached and that was it. At the end of my subscription I cancelled and received an email saying my monthly subscription was successfully cancelled. The next day they charged me $34.99. I emailed them and asked for a refund since I successfully cancelled. Received an email back saying they would not refund me since I did not cancel 7 days prior to my date. They stated it was in the terms and conditions. I never received any terms or conditions. Only this receipt that does not state anything. This is truly unfair they will not refund me when I received and email stating I was successfully unsubscribed and never received there so called terms and conditions. I cant believe a company can get away with this. No way to contact them other than email and they quit responding. They are stealing peoples hard earned money and deceiving the public.

      I had a normal $34.99/mo subscription to Clean Freak Car Wash, and on or around July 8, 2024, I canceled that subscription online at ********************************. On July 11, I got an email (attached) from Clean Freak proposing a lower rate if I chose to not cancel the membership. I clicked the button in the email to investigate the new low rate and was taken to a non-descript web page with random text, no buttons, no images, nothing signifying it was even associated to Clean Freak Car Wash. On 7/12 I got an email from Clean Freak stating that I had redeemed my "new low rate" and continued my subscription. I immediately replied to that email that I did not confirm any such subscription continuation and described the inert web page with no options to select. I demanded a cancellation. I also asked for a return of any charges that were charged to my card.On 7/17, I received an email stating that my subscription had been canceled, but a charge of $34.99 had hit my credit card, and I wanted Clean Freak to refund that immediately. Also, on 7/17, I received another email from Clean Freak Support with cancelation instructions, which included going to their website to do so. I have asked Clean Freak to refund the "new low rate" of $34.99 (the same as the regular rate) 3 times with no response.
