  There was no communication. We never knew when they would show up. The crew that showed up didnt speak English and the crew lead showed up a handful of times out of the 10 wks it took them to complete our deck resurface. They had to come back 3xs to fix their sub par work. We made it clear that we had new artificial turf but it didnt matter to them. They left our yard a mess and didnt haul off all of the chipped up concrete and old pool decking, they just blew it or power washed it all over the yard the 3 different times they came out. We will be picking it out of our turf and rocks for years. The pool had to be completely emptied and cleaned because they allowed the debris and water that had accumulated on the plastic covering to leak in the pool by tearing a hole in it. I have video as proof. A day after the initial completion of the job, the paint started peeling off the deck and plastic strips. They came out and power washed, but we were already deep in the clean up process of the yard. The power washing blew all the paint off of all of the plastic strips and numerous areas of the deck. They repainted a couple days later. We started the cleanup process again and put our patio items and furniture back out. A few days later we noticed the deck bulging and cracking in a few areas. They had to come back out and grind down 3 lrg sections of the painted textured deck. Back in the shop goes the patio items and furniture. After many delays, they completed the grinding, sealing and texturing. When they came out to paint they had to power wash the deck again, during the process, they damaged one of the newly textured areas of the deck with the power washer wheels so they had to retexture the area! They were finally able to paint the next day and complete the project. ***** the owner was very unprofessional by not returning phone calls. We were no longer a priority since they already had our money. We waited a wk before putting our patio back together. Traumatized

Although you were not happy with delays and frustrations that occurred during your installation window, I hope you are happy with the finished project. It looks amazing.   This company is a scam. They are un professional in every aspect . They advertise lifetime warranty but if you have issues in the product they scam in another cost to you. There workers for the most part are uneducated. Dont even clean up there mess when finished. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Your project was installed almost 4 years ago and it currently has high levels of moisture that were not present at the initial installation. We recommended a moisture barrier and you declined this recommendation. As discussed, the moisture issues should be mitigated prior to reinstalling the coating system. Per our discussion, we will be reinstalling your coating system without a warranty due to your desire to move forward without the recommended mitigation. We wish you all the best.

  Cardinal Concrete Coatings came out with samples. ***** ******, was right on time. He looked everything over, showed us a bunch of photos on his tablet of patios they had coated, he also had samples that we could see and feel the texture. (we were concerned about it being too slippery when wet) He answered all our questions and quoted us a very fair price. We were very comfortable with him, and decided to hire Cardinal.The staff was excellent at communicating with us via texts, emails and over the phone to make sure everything would be set for the service day.The crew that did the job were awesome. they met with my wife, and involved her in everything they were doing. They took care to protect the area before starting (covered a portion of our pool, the glass patio doors, etc.They removed the old carpeting and FULLY prepared the concrete (leveling, no cracks, bumps, etc.) and involved my wife with the amount of sparkles she wanted ******** they finished, I had just gotten home, and the crew leader went over everything with us, everything they did, and what we needed to know going forward (not walking on it for 24 hrs. when to move furniture on it, etc.) He wanted to make sure we were totally comfortable before he left. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up and leaving everything spotless.We had the "Patio Full flake system", with extra sparkles (looks very cool in the sunlight)We are very happy with the finished product, and have already shown it to some of our friends, and we recommended Cardinal to them. We felt it was money well spent and a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys!

  They are sneaky and outright lie. They want your $$$, They wanted me to give a deposit to hold my spot knowing full well I did not have HOA approval. They gave me the confusing and conflicting contract after the got my $$$. No HOA approval and they will not fully refund my $$$. I was given different stories by *****************************. First it was they did all this work for a job more than 3 weeks away. She then stated that she ordered supplies. None of which are custom. They get to keep my $$ and re use any supplies they have "ordered". The consumer loses, not them. Stay away from these people.

  We are extremely sorry that you feel that way about our company. Our goal is to have 100% satisfied customers and we did not hit that **** with you. Our contract and our estimates clearly state that the deposits are non refundable after 72 hours per ******* statute. You paid your deposit on 8/12/23 after approving your estimate, signed the contract on 8/16/23 and then requested a refund on 8/21/23. Unfortunately, we have no control over HOA approval of your project. We highly recommend that customers seek and obtain HOA approval for all projects prior to paying their deposit as well as read their contract prior to signing. We wish you all the best and again apologize that your experience with us fell short of our goals.

  Be careful, this company is a scam, stay away from them. they scheduled the work, they came late, and they increase the initial quote, after the second visit they requested more money to "power wash". The products they advertise are overpriced, at the end they didn't do ANYTHING and they wanted to keep the half of my deposit just "because". They will make you to sign your contract without see it, they will send it to you after you signed, even if you don't agree, it's already late, they have the most scamming worse practices, they come to you as a "family" well oriented company that you can trust, and is totally the opposite, dont trust on them, and if they don't let you read your contract BEFORE you sign, don't do it, they will pressure that they will give you a discount if you sign at the moment but you need time to read the contract and is something that they don't want you to do. #fraud #scam

We always encourage our customers to review their contract prior to signing and we afforded you that same opportunity. No pressure at all. You approved your estimate, paid your deposit and signed your contract in one day. It was so unfortunate that the failing overlay on your project did not allow us to see the full extent of the failed concrete that lay underneath. Our contract is clear that any issues discovered after removal will be charged accordingly prior to us installing our coatings. In fact, after our installation crew removed your overlay, our Production Manager came out to speak with you personally to discuss what we found and options you had to rectify the situation. We wish you all the best with finishing your project and hope you dont run into any other issues along the way.

  I was a headache sense the start my pool deck was done twice my pebble tec was stained with there product they told me i had to clean they should of covered they pool like they said they were anyways got a company out to try to take it of and no luck only way they said was to reduenthe pebble tec cost is about 10k yea nope im not gona pay that been trying to get a hold of them no answer they for sure have are number saved call from diff number they answer they say they will call back never due sent alot of email no answer back they deck they did is cracking and turning yellow . We are getting a lawyer trying to fix this in a nicer matter but aperently they want it the hard way

  I called and arranged for a free estimate and was provided a quote for a golf cart garage. I was told the quote cost was higher per square foot, because it was a smaller job than they liked to do. I paid the deposit and had a date scheduled for the installation, then was notified my golf cart garage flooring was too small for their company to complete. They refunded my deposit but since my contract was not as large to them or as important to them as it was to me they refused to do my garage floor. I would be hesitant about using this company and have to wander how they respond to warranty issues if they consider it a "small" warranty issue, would it be worth their time. I will find another company that appreciates all their customers and will provide exceptional customer service.
