      My wheel bearings on my jeep rusted out. These are covered on my plan. CNA told me they would cover it so I put it in the shop. It took 5 hours to diagnose and repair the issues and then I was told they wouldn't cover the excess man hours. They said they would only pay for 3 hours of the work. I paid a considerable amount of money extra for this extended plan when I bought the car and the representatives on two occasions when I called them where rude and unconcerned and actually started treating me like I was an idiot. This company hides behind small print hidden inside misleading starts in paragraphs. They charged a pretty ***** for for my contract and told me it was bumper to bumper 100 dollar deductible on all items covered. I am stuck with a ************************************************************************************* the first place. You can't talk to these people and you can't reason with them either. Don't bother calling they don't care. They treat you like c*** while they take your money. You would do better to set up a savings account and throw 20 or so dollars in it every pay check for future repairs than rely on this company to actually provide an honest service and then leave you unprepared to pay 580 dollars and get treated like peon like you owe them. Deceptive tactics in contract organization to get people to sign it doesn't mean its right to hide behind it when we start to call.

      Worst company we have ever dealt with in our lifes. WE have been waiting for our claim to be paid for for over 7 months now and these thugs keep making new excuses everytime we call. I know hired both a collection agency and a lawyer to pay for a $12k ticket that they approved back in november

      They did nothing to work with myself nor the dealership to try and help me with an issue that had occurred on my truck. I am a soldier at ********* and I use my truck daily for work use and cannot get rides from anyone due to the nature of my work. The heater core had gone out on my vehicle and I had to take it to my local **** Dealership to get it fixed immediately. Winter was fast approaching and it would soon be dangerous to drive the vehicle without it being fixed soon. I called up CNA National to file a claim while the vehicle was getting fixed. They wanted an inspector to come out (something not listed in the contract that I had received) to look at the vehicle. By this time the vehicle was already fixed. They had told me that I can contact the **** dealership in order for them to submit the claim for me. I had given all the information possible to the dealership and checked in every couple of days. In the end they had told the dealership that they were unwilling to work with them due to photos not taken of the work done to the vehicle when that was not previously specified. CNA National had no will to cooperate or work with myself and the dealership and would do anything to get us off the line as soon as possIble. They have absolutely no ambition to work with their customers and do not work with soldiers to help them with whatever happens to their vehicles.

      This is the MOST incompetent company i ever dealt with I was sent via repair pal to a local mechanics ... you all low balled the prices with them and i was told what you will pay and what i need to pay... fine.I was called to the shop yesterday because my car was ready at 4pm. I was told to wait until the warranty payment was in before I could pay my part.Then the guys at the shop called and they were told it takes 24 hours to process a claim and payment... Since my paperwork was faxed YESTERDAY at 1:pm i thought i could get my car today at 1. That would have been the case IF I WAS WORKING with a reputable company... but now I see that you guys have a D- rating with the BBB and I totally understand why!I called and spoke with a customer ********************** person named ***** that proceeded to cut me off and place me on hold every 2 minutes - I asked for a manager and i was connected to Mark which was so nonchalant with anything that i had going on and basically said well you can pay then and we will reimburse you ... NO that's why i pay the warranty every MONTH ON TIME so YOUR BS company can pay that!!!!!!I NEED TO KNOW HOW LONG I WILL HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE I CAN GET MY CAR!!!!! SINCE NOW HAVE TO COME OUT OF POCKET AND GET A RENTAL!!!!! I NEED AN ANSWER TODAY!!!

      I bought this warranty through Carmax at the time of purchase. The first repair at one of their partner facilities was horrible (but the customer ********************** was not bad), now because of the poor work done the vehicle is in the shop again. Only this time, one of the parts has the word tube in the part description so they say it isn't covered, regardless that it is a known vehicle defect on fords. Even though the part is not a tube, it is a purge canister. It has gotten to the point that it takes me ***** minutes of trying to start my vehicle after getting gas. They also will not cover additional damage from the part they refused to cover, so when I have to replace the motor because of their poor practices that repair will be on me. If there are other warranty options available to you, choose one of them.

      ************* I asked for an explanation why they would not cover a part that was faulty. The dealer was confused as well. I was hung up on when I asked for more explanation. Pure garbage customer **********************!

      We did locate your contract and we are proceeding with the approved repair for an oil leak. The wiring issue does require that the shop determine an actual cause and extent of failure for us to proceed. This requires your authorization, which we do not have.
