      Dear Ms. ************** am writing to response to the concerns **** ******** raised to the Better Business Bureau relative to his experience with our company.  We sincerely apologize to him for any inconvenience that he has experienced. We cannot stress enough that it was never our intention to create difficulties of any kind.

      Following the complaint submitted by Mr. ********* we have conducted a through review of his file to determine the necessary actions to prevent any further contact. Our investigation confirmed that we previously communicated with Mr. ******** and have placed him on our Do Not Call list as per his request.  In accordance with Mr. ********************* we will ensure that no further contact is made.

      Centauri is a firm that offers cost-free screening for individuals for their potential eligibility for government-funded healthcare coverage programs and then, if potential eligibility seems likely, we help healthcare consumers, should they choose, throughout the application process to secure that assistance to receive benefits.  We have won numerous awards for our civic involvement and community service, and we are renowned in our industry for our work in making ******* healthier through our commitment to,and compassion and respect for, the patients of our client hospitals and members of our client health plans.   We are very proud of the work we have been doing for over 35 years for hundreds of thousands of individuals, and we welcome any feedback, positive or negative,that may help us improve our service.  We take complaints from the people we serve very seriously.

      This company has just started calling me out of the blue, and continues to call. They have my information somehow and I want it removed. And I am registered on the do not call list. Below is an actual voicemail.Centauri health solutions company calling on behalf of Meridian . We are calling about a letter that we sent you regarding additional cash benefits for ****** . We would like to speak with you to determine potential eligibility .       ******************* was referred to Centauri by her health plan as someone who might potentially be interested in the services we provide. Based on the complaint submitted by Ms. ********* upon careful examination of the situation, we have determined that we made two attempts to reach out to ********************. With her best interest in mind, we will now kindly remove her from our call list.

      I received a call a couple days ago from this company saying that they work with my sons health insurance and that he is eligible for ssdi, they already had all of my sons information/social security number. They told me they work with social security to help along with the process of getting his benefits. I did not receive or sign the paperwork that they said they would send to me, but unfortunately I did give them my social security number during the questioning process because it seemed legit. Ofcourse they would call me right before tax time and scam me, and I fell right into their trap. I called them today after reading all of these complaints on BBB, and told them I want my information off of their stuff and dont want to be apart of anything they do. Again, I want my information deleted from all of their database. I hope Im not too late, and they dont s**** me with the information I already have given them.

      I received a call this morning at 10:27 from these scammers. My phone automatically blocked it marking it as a spam number. This disturbance in the morning ****** me off to the **** I called and told them to take my number of their list, i'm on the do not call list. He responds saying he'll remove the number. Well he didn't even ask for my number because i called private. So how are you going to remove it without asking me the number. They called my phone looking for a ******. My name isn't ****** stop calling my phone. You do not represent ******** plans. I'm so sick of scammers go get a life.

      I've owned my number for 15 yrs now so there's no way. Do not call me anymore, your client gave you a bad lead to follow up on. My number is on the do not call list. Next complaint is with the Gov't so don't try to mask the number.

      On November 18th ****************************** by phone claiming to be ********* Stated they would help me with my renewal as it is the end of the year. The woman had access to all of my prior employers and partners information. I participated in this call because i was mislead into believing that it was ******** calling. I want ALL of my information removed from Centauri database and a physical letter mailed to myself stating that this action has been taken.

      Thank you for reaching out to Centauri Health Solutions, ****  Upon receipt of your complaint, we investigated your interaction with our company, including the recorded telephone call between you and our agent.  We refute your claim that we claimed to be ******** as our agent clearly states she is calling from Centauri Health Solutions, **** on behalf of your health insurance provider.  Based on your verbal consent to do so, our agent submitted an online application for your benefits.

      We also reached out to your health insurance provider to make them aware of your complaint and your request that we delete all of your information.  We are still awaiting their response and will provide an update once we hear back from them.

      I received a call earlier today from them. They claimed they were working on behalf of United Healthcare. I reached out to United Healthcare and they said this was incorrect. I was immediately nervous because they have access to my ******** account I quickly logged in and was locked out. They changed my password! They also have my social and possibly my daughters. I have filed a fraud case with ftc and locked all accounts. Thankfully, I had my call on speaker and my child records everything. I will be taking this and filing a report and headed to the security administration in the morning. I want all my information deleted immediately. This is a scam and I fell for it. Right before tax time and Christmas. Scam scam scam!!

      Centauri partners with health plans, such as UnitedHealthcare, to assist members with eligibility for government benefits and have worked with United and their members for many years.  After receiving your complaint, we reviewed the account we have for you and listened to the conversation you had with our associate on December 7.  In addition to the call where you provided consent for these services, we have a copy of the form you signed allowing Centauri to represent you, in addition to the application for benefits also signed by you.

      We have alerted UnitedHealthcare of your concerns and they have provided us with a telephone number for you to call should you need further assistance from United - **************.  

      Centauri is a company that has been in business for almost 40 years and has assisted millions of American healthcare consumers with obtaining and maintaining essential government benefits.  We are sorry that you are concerned about the safety of your personal information, but can assure you that at no time was your information used inappropriately.

      I CALLED ON NOVEMBER 1, 2023 TO MAKE SURE THE PRINTED ADDRESS WAS CORRECT SINCE IT WAS ON THE MAILING ENVELOPE, I WAS TOLD IT WAS, THE ENVELOPLE WAS TOO SMALL FOR ALL THE ***** WORK THAT WAS REQUESTED BY YOUR COMPANY SO I PUT IT IN A ***** ENVELOPE TO GET IT THERE FASTER BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

      I CALLED FROM NOVEMBER 3, 2023 UNTIL NOVEMBER 6 2023 THE ************* AND ***** EVEN CALLED THE NUMBER AND WE WERE BOTH TOLD THAT THE PREMIUM ASSIST  **** ********** ********* ** ***** WAS CORRECT.

      WHEN I CALLED THE 866 NUMBER I WAS TOLD THAT THE **** *********** #*** WAS NOT THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND THE ***** WORK WOULD NOT GO TO THE RIGHT PLACE.  I HAVE BE FIGHTING WITH ***** SINCE NOVEMBER 3 ASKING THEM WHY MY PACKAGE FULL OF *****WORK FOR ***** ******************* WAS DELAYED. 

      THEN YESTERDAY THE DRIVER WHEN TO THE 40TH ST. ADDRESS AND BANGED ON THE DOOR AND HE SAID THE BUILDING WAS EMPTY. ***** IS RETURNING THE PACKAGE TO ME AT MY COST, FOR BOTH SENDING IT AND GETTING IT BACK BEACAUSE OF YOUR COMPANY.

      I received a call for my daughter I had a feeling it was a scam. I filed for disability for my daughter and I don't know how they knew . What happened with HIPAA? They seem that they were going to help me and then I did the research on their company and seen all the complaints. Now I'm worried because they have mine and my daughter's social security number and state we were born in. They emailed me some documents to sign and I didn't. While I had the agent on the line I googled their name and I seen it was a scam. It's sad because I really thought they were going to help me. I will never give any personal information out on the phone. I will be contacting social security and let them know.

      These people are relentless. *** never had anything to do with them ever. They claim to be trying to contact me on behalf of someone else. Mail, phone calls, voicemails, now text messages. And no call back number matches up. I just want to be LEFT ALONE. The overwhelming amount of contact Ive received after a data breach is very eye opening. All I want is all contact to STOP.

      I received 2) letters from Centauri claiming to be on behalf of my **************** Anthem ***** Health.They said to continue my help with ******** premiums being paid each month, I would need to call.Like a fool I did and I did it before I did my homework.It was a very weak moment for **** called, and they did ask for very private information. I dont know what I was thinking. It was all the information I have to give when I call the ********************** just to ask a question.When they were asking me for private information I hesitated a few times but they were a little pushy and seemed to coax it out of you.Know that Ive researched their Company, I have found out very disturbing things. Things like the phone number they told me if I wanted to call back matched the same number on my letter but the last digit didnt match on my letter. I brought it to her attention and all she could say its probably a type-o? But I thought these companies usually dont make those kinds of mistakes. So I called the one the lady gave me that was off by the last digit and it goes to some company selling ************** So right there thats misleading.The Listed number for your local Department of Health and Human Services went to Spectrum Agancy on Aging!So they are using some disinformation. This only shows me Im probably screwed, cause they could call my ********************** right now and would be able to answer all the security questions to get anything changed, like my SSDI check every month going somewhere else.I feel so sick to my stomach that I was so weak and gave in to their bullying tactics.I want them to delete any and all of my information and remove my name and mailing and put my phone number on the Do-Not-Call-List and their data banks.
