              Had some issues with warranty process after the first month or so. Was dealing with ***** who was not very communicative or interested in helping me to a speedy resolution. I did the survey after a year. I mentioned the issues I had with ***** as well as some of the issues that I had noticed the first year in the house, one of which is missing pieces from the cabinets in the kitchen with exposed screws. On the survey, it asks if youd like to be contacted and what times are best. I selected days and times with my night nursing schedule in consideration. They called during a time that I specifically asked to not be contacted and when I called back, the number is disconnected. My build took 20 month to be completed, nearly 8 months of which was just waiting on the cabinets. The quality of some of the things in the house indicates that the house was rushed. They say they are Americas most trusted builder and I see the responses here on the BBB website saying they care about their customers but that is not the experience I had.

              I purchased a townhome from Taylor Morrison. When I closed on my home landscaping was being put in the same day. It was rushed and when rushed stuff doesnt work right. Our drip lines wouldnt quit running. We reached out to the builder and our HOA with no help. We had to go to the water main to turn it off. It was growing algae it was so bad. Fast forward to this year. It is **** and no irrigation has been turned on. HOA is blaming Taylor Morrison and vice versa. Turns out TM forgot to renew a contract. Water still isnt on. Ive gotten an email from the Customer Experience Manager and sent her a reply with the issues. Has been almost a week with no reply. Called her and went to voicemail. *** lived in a new home before from a different builder and was never treated this badly.
