      5/7/24 date of transaction.Order number ********* total $426.11.Items:1.Flower stud earrings with cubic zirconia in gold plating.2. Charming heart necklace with engraved beads in gold vermeil with .25 diamond (product description: Inscription #1: Crew Inscription#2: *****) ***** chain length.We item 1. (Earnings) in a timely fashion. It mentions item 2. Would arrive in May which we have not received. I have reached out to two different representatives and they said the necklace was packaged with the earrings, which we only received the earrings. They mentioned they were looking into where the necklace may be located. My first date of contact reaching out about this was on 6/4/24 and had not received any message back until 6/11/24. I did reply to an email marketing email to try get a quicker response which was on 6/5/24 and got a response the next day. They have both said they are checking into it and will get back to me. We are still waiting and have no updates I have to continue to reach out and there is nothing being done I am afraid this got lost in the shuffle and with the cost of this item it is starting to get frustrating as to why it is taking so long for a solution. I get things get lost and stuff happens. But, I dont like the run around waiting and having to communicate to I really have no idea who to to get some answer which we really havent gotten an answer to anything. There is a third item part of the package. It says it was suppose to be delivered on 6/10/24 and we have not received that either.

      Run DO NOT walk away from Myka as quality was sub-standard and customer service was even worse. Ordered a bracelet memorializing the death of our son to give my wife on her first birthday after his death. The photo pendant fell off the very first day as the anchoring clasp was so cheap. I contacted Myka to correct the situation and they would even acknowledge the letter I sent. Buyer BEWARE!
