I am currently under a payment contract with this company, Outside of the payment contract, this company debited my personal bank account in the amount of $577.04 on 01/02/2023, clearing 01/03/2023. When I called the company on 01/02/2023 and spoke to a representative, ******, I was advised that the payment was for a membership fee. When I advised ****** that my contract states that I am not responsible for this payment and that another company is, ****** refused a refund of the money. The $577.04 is an unauthorized debit to my account and the company refuses to refund the money to me. ****** stated that there is no call reference number but assured me that all calls are recorded.

In October an account was opened by Triply which is mandatory at sign up. There is a 60 day same as cash which is coming up and I have no access to either mine or my wife's accounts. The fact there are two accounts is something we were never made aware with at the time and only found out later. There is no costumer service list for this company at all and they will charge 25% interest with giving me no ability to make a payment. My wife has not even received a single email or account number to even try to pay. The website just gave errors trying to log in with my account and said both there is already an account and that account does not exist during the same session have a screenshot to show.

In September 2021 my wife and I thought we were buying into a legitimate hotel (****************) club.We were told that we would get to use their properties for three weeks a year for the rest of our lives. We were charged $6,000 plus annual maintenance fees ($629). Then we were contacted by the company representative trying to charge us more money for their services. We told them we just wanted to cancel our policy, because we never used their services and already paid $2500. They told us we had to pay $23,000 if we wanted what was promised to us. This entire scheme seemed to good to be true but the lady delivering the seminar seems believable. Anyhow I am just trying to pay off the remaining balance of the $6,000 to be rid of these crooks but I literally cannot contact anyone. I called the telephone number and no body answers. I looked up email addresses and none are available online. I cannot find my balance anywhere. This is extremely frustrating and misleading by this company ****************, ************************** LLC, and Equiant Financial Service. None of these companies will answer their telephones or return messages. Hopefully I am not the only person that has complaints concerning these companies. I am a ************ Veteran and Retired Correctional Lieutenant who has been fooled and taken advantage of and need help.Thank You,

I bought Ac through ******************* in 2014, it was fiananced through ********* with auto pay from my bank, all payments made until 2 months ago, I just received a letter stating this "Our records indicate that the delinquent amount due is $269.37. We must recieve full amount within 15 days or we *** be forced to persue legal remedies and/or place your account with a collection agency, Failure to pay *** have an effect on your personal credit rating, Also as a reminder, ********* Financial filed and recorded a lien( specifically, a UCC-1 Financing Statement) against your home shortly after financing the sale of products and services from ******************* Services(or order service provider): This lien filing will be released when this Retail Charge Agreement is paid in full and *** impair your ability to sell or refinance your home if the delinquent balance is not brought current. We suggest arrangement options available to you." However all the information this company has given me is unavailabe for me to explore. When I called the Ovation Sales Finance Trust number they tell me they only deal in property taxes and when I tried to call the Equiant Financial Services there is no such number recored even their fax number doesn't work. So I have no idea what to do now. Or who to trust. The ** unit I bought was a little over $5 thousand and I've paid $7,680.00 to date. I've been paying on this since 2014 I think it should be paid off by now.

The original Loan that was financed by Equiant on the Timeshare we bought through ***************************** (GEVC) was originally $5,108.00 out of the $6,385.00 sale price all the way back on 2019. An Initial down payment was made for $1,277.00 and the remaining $5,108.00 was then financed. We have paid at $136.43 /month auto pay on time without late payment. We noticed on the History of payments that the amount on the monthly Paid interest was as much or close to the amount that was being applied to the Principal payment. Leaving a Principal Balance of $2,028.29 and a Payoff Amount of $2,035.29 as of 8/15/2022. Our 42nd payment of 136.43/month have just been applied which currently puts us to $5,730.06 paid up to date. We sent letters and recently called Equiant after a couple of different numbers to get a better explanation as to how everything is being calculated but got no response and they were not able to provide explanation on the phone as to how the Interest and total principal balance are being calculated. They stated that they just process the documents that GEVC forwards to them who also handle the loan procedures and might be able to help explain better, but they will still direct us back to Equiant which again puts us back to square one.As of 8/15/2022 in total including the down payment that was initially paid, we have paid a total amount of $7,007.06 out of the total sale price of $6,385.00 not including the stated remainder payoff amount of $2,035.29 and any other additional hidden charges such as the Impounds of $7.00/month. Based on our calculation, the total is projecting at estimated $9,042.35, which does not add up. To break it down so far, from the total amount of $5,730.06 that has been paid so far, $2,356.35 was applied towards the interest and only $3,079.71 was applied to the Principal loan. We ask for a resolution on the account of being paid in full and a receipt and deed of the Timeshare ownership. Thank You.

Equiant fraudulently took my FICO score down 200 points by not informing me that my autopay had not transferred from a lost card to a replacement card. When I finally got through, a person said they could not contact me, which is blatantly untrue. This payment is due to a scam timeshare scheme I fell for. I have paid the loan off in full and need information from them, but they will no longer answer the phone. I need my 850 score back. I need them to provide a deed back program or a surrender program for this time share scam. I have not used or been able to use it, nor did I receive the two bottles of wine that they promised when I went to their "90 minute" presentation that lasted far longer.

Equiant did not contact me to let me know they were not receiving Credit card auto pay.  Equiant made no attempt to contact me. Equiant ruined my perfect credit and their agent said my loan involved a bankruptcy.  Equiant is making no attempt to address the details of my original complaint.  I feel very strongly that both Equiant and their time share related companies are scams.  Yes, I paid off the loan to the tune of over 6K and now have to pay another 2K to rid myself of this scam.  I never even got the two bottles of wine they lured me in with.
