  We bought tires from here for the cheap price and free alignment and balance after purchase. Every single time we've gone, something turns out wrong, and I'm not even exaggerating. One time they balanced it wrong. Another time they said the truck was done, and when I got the vehicle back I saw the spare tire on. When I asked about it, the said they couldn't work on it because the tire wasn't in stock, and most recently, the over torqued the lug nuts and we had to take it to a mechanic to fix it, then take it back to get the balance they never did. After taking it back, on the way home, we noticed the hood was unlatched. We had to pull over and close it before it opened on the expwy. Horrible horrible service! Do not risk your life taking it to this business.

  Ive been using this location for ************************************ there again. Took my car to get new tires on and they damaged the front bumper. ******, the manager said theyd take responsibility and hed file a claim for me. Corporate came back and denied the claim saying I couldnt prove it was them and the store is disputing it. Im VERY meticulous about my car and noticed the damage the same day. They sent me an insulting $200 to cover my inconvenience. What is that going to do?!? Im disgusted. Dont take your car here if you value it.

  I was disappointed by my visit today. I say this as a long time customer who has recommended ********************** to a great many friends and acquaintances. I made a 10am Appointment for tire rotation (normally less than 20 minutes' work) and showed up 15 minutes early. Got checked in and was told my car would be ready by 11:44am. That was a BLOW and it left me wondering "What does an Appointment mean at Discount Tire?" I wondered "What if I'd just arrived at 9:45am without an Appointment?" I don't know, of course. So, my 10am Appointment time came and went with the car still sitting outside. It was finally pulled into the service bay at 10:44am, so then I'm wondering how long it will take to finish, but sure enough the work was finished well inside of 20 minutes and the car was ready to go.Discount Tire needs to make CLEAR in their customer facing Appointment procedure what it is that makes the Appointment worth doing. In my case today, NUMEROUS vehicles were completed, opening service bays that could take my car, in more than one case, I observed vehicles that had arrived later than me being pulled in ahead of me. So, I spent a LOT of time sitting there growing more frustrated about a company that I'd grown to rely on for more than 10 sets of tires in previous purchases and EASILY sent more than 10 other customers to them on the strength of my recommendations. NO MORE. The trust is broken. I can also say that I was really disappointed at the BBB Rating for this company of 1.3 stars and the reviews tell too many stories similar to mine.

  Deceptive Ads - Discount Tire, Arizona also known as America's Tire in California, is not a BBB accredited business for good reason. Discount Tire advertises " if you are not satisfied with one of or tires, bring them back", the deception/implication is you will get a credit: NOT SO. NO CREDIT for the unsatisfactory tire you purchased from Discount, Discount will sell you a replacement set at full price. Discount is NO DIFFERENT from most tire retailers.

  I would avoid this business at ALL costs! First let me start by saying i never post personal feelings and i also would never post an issue that only relates to me. i post reviews when it affects ALL and ANY of the community. That being said, i purchased 4 new tires. They didnt have the ******** brand I wanted, but personnel recommended what they had in stock, and while it was a brand i had never heard of, he reassured me they come with a 55k mile warranty. I said ok sold. I only put about 35k miles on tires and they are worn to the nub and need replacing. I dont speed, i always rotate tires and there is NO reason to wear out this fast, unless they are just cheap tires. In any case, i contacted DT and they told me they dont care about customer service by their answer. Thats an estimate. I said no no no, i was told its a warranty, otherwise how broad is that, you could apply that theory with any item. Thats the reason some tires have a 35k or 45k or 55k warranty! Now if it had been that i drove 50k i would not be complaining because the extra 5k could be considered an estiomate, but to barely travel half the distance...thats just a scam! This place has terrible customer service, complete crooks and liars to boot! There is nothing worse than telling a customer one thing while you are trying to get their business, then lie later on when it turns out you are not making money off the customer. I wasnt even asking for money back, or something free, i just asked for what ANYONE would want, pro-rate it based on the warranty and apply that amount to the purchase of 4 new tires. They are such crooks, they dont even care about future business, thats obvious, they are just so greedy they would rather lose business and kept scamming people. I may also understand if they said my tires dont need replacing, but there is nothing more deceitful than a business that points out a problem, one they caused, then denies responsibility!

  I attempted to have Discount Tire repair a virtually NEW tire which had a slow leak. I was told the leak was 'unrepairable' and 'encouraged to buy 4 tires....at nearly $200 each. I explained that this was unacceptable and that I believed it WAS repairable. I have done so in the past myself....once in the parking lot of this store!!! I arrived to find them closed. I carry a repair kit always and ended up repairing the tire IN THEIR PARKING LOT. It lasted the life of the tire. This SAME repair could have been done with the tire I needed repaired but, I was given an education--that I didn't want nor need--about tire repair complete with visual aids....which I didn't care for. Each person I spoke with was well trained to 'suggest' or 'recommend' but not force any decision....with subtle scares and hand-washing; 'You can go to someone else who will do the repairs you're asking for!!! I hesitated to go to Discount Tires at all having received a list of companies which support Project 2025. ****, the manager I last spoke with told me he had no knowledge of Project 2025; that it was "above my pay grade!" I realized any further discussion was futile and left. I should have trusted my gut and boycotted Discount Tires....which, after many years of loyal purchases, I will do. *** ******, here I come!!! Shame on you, Discount Tires, shame on you!

  Extremely disappointed in service was told tires would be in same day which turned into a whole day debacle. Put over 50% down went to lunch came back tires still work there waited around another hour still weren't there nobody knew where the truck was eventually somebody said well they're on a route and we got a few more stops ahead of you. After purchasing over $2,000 worth of tires first thing in the morning and not being told that hey we're going to put them on a route and you're the last on the route so you're going to have to wait around all day is absolutely unacceptable you have a paying customer who just spent over $2,000 on tires and you couldn't take care of them no sorry no apology not even a hey can I just discount you a little bit for your trouble nope let's just go ahead and reschedule you for a very inconvenient time the next day and ruin another day will never ever be back. Absolutely terrible customer service

  They tripped my studs and didnt notify me. I had to find out on my own time which caused me to be late to work and receive a write up. They didnt want to work with me to get this situation involved that wouldve compensated me for my time and the money lost and spent.

  I bought tires from them and they flew out of my car. I ended paying $3000 and had to tow the car. Did everything i could if i can reclaim the money i have lost to them. or if they could put new tires in, but no avail, i had to go through my insurance company to file a claim but they could not do anything. they told i had to file a claim but nothing happened and we werent able to do it for some reason.
