Bought a coleman mini bike and within the first 30 minutes of riding the throttle stuck wide open. I contacted coleman and now a week later they still haven't found a repair shop. This thing was less than an hour old, they should have swapped it with a new one. I should have learned a ****** after the first coleman mini bike. Stay away from any of the coleman powersports, they cheap made and the warranty department is not helpful.

purchased a wheel rim (hub) from coleman after thinking my son bent his rim only to find out that the replacement wheel was worse than the *** wheel that came on the mini bike. The wheel was delivered in installed the tire and did a teat fit of the rim on the bike. Immediately I could tell that the rim was bent as well as the *** sprocket wouodnt fit without removing some material. So I called and sent in a email with detailed pictures along with a video showing what is wrong on the wheel I received in the mail. I spoke with ************ Who advised me he would get back with me on the matter. Sorry to say he didn't after a week I called every day to get an answer on if I should buy another wheel until he can figure out when a replacement would be sent and Coleman could refund me for the original purchase sorry to say he said no . If a replacement would be approved it will be sent out as a replacement. Week 2 .. no response on what's going on with the replacement wheel even though the product is available online for purchase. Called again only to find out that he has to get approval and be reviewed by 2 more departments before a decision can be made on replacing a wheel that he clearly defective from production. Week 3 still calling and waiting on a replacement wheel. Doesnt seem like I will ever get a replacement. It doesn't seem like I would ever buy again in life when this debacle is all over.

It was quite depressing to see what was our pretty side by side turned into, an old faded left in the rain, sun, and wind unit. Abused by the Coleman Powersports service center. My wife actually teared up. More I think from extreme ANGER than anything else, and I am with her. We picked up our unit to find the bed full of wet rotting leaves like it was stored outside. Oh wait, it was. The Coleman Powersports service center told us they were storing it out side. Entire unit is covered in algae and mildew,Seat belts severely faded,Hood oxidized,Main cab structure is rusting,Latches rusting,Plexiglass windshield now yellow,Winch cable rusting,Dozens of rust spots,Decals and labels peeling and faded,WE DID NOT CUASE THIS DAMAGE TO OUR UNIT! YOUR SERVICE CENTER DID!We brought the unit in because of badly squeaking brakes. THE BRAKES STILL SCREECH!We brought the unit in because of a coolant leak. THE COOLANT STILL LEAKS!We brought the unit in because the fuel gauge doesnt work. THE **** GAUGE STILL DOESNT WORK!We brought the unit in because the gear box would frequently POP! Out of gear. The gears ARE damaged as noted by the service technician who noted twice to us that the gear box oil had a lot of metal in it. Did the gears get replaced? NO! The same damaged gears are there.What was the fix to the popping out of gear? ***** rigging the shifting arm bracket. I could go on with more descriptions of deterioration/damage, but I will end with the icing on the cake. When we picked up our unit it smelled like $hit!! Why? Because the floor board had dog c*** smeared all over it. Thank You for the extra caring touch.

I purchased a Coleman ct100u minibike from TSC in May of 2022. The weld broke on the frame in multiple places within the first two weeks. I started a warranty ticket online and was emailed to provide more information. I responded in a timely manner with the information asked of me. Then nothing but crickets. I emailed a few more times with no response. I finally decided to call in November of 2022. I once again emailed the same information and even had to include copies of the emails I had already sent since I was out of the 90 day warranty technically. Mind you I started this process within two weeks of owning the minibike. After a bit of back and forth between customer service, they told me they were waiting on frames to come back in stock and I was going to get a new frame. Then I got ghosted yet again. I sent out a few more emails to the cs rep that was working on my case. He finally contacts me in September of ************************************************ a new frame but they were willing to buyback the minibike. The only catch was I had to surrender the minibike to one of their service centers(40 miles away) then they would mail me a check. I drove the minibike that following weekend to the sc. Was told my buyback was already being processed and should only take 30 days to get my check. Then in October of 2023 I am contacted by the cs rep again and told it was actually going to be 30 more days. So November 12th was supposed to be my 30 days. I call November 13th only to be told to call back the next day so the cs rep(new rep) could look into it. I call today the 14th and its going to be at soonest 15 days to get my check. At this point I will never buy another Coleman product for the rest of my life, not even a flashlight, because their customer service ***** and the warranty takes entirely too long to be honored. Save your money and go with a brand that actually cares about their customers after purchase.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Purchased a Coleman ATV 125UT from Tractor Supply($1699) in February for my sons birthday. It would barely pull him up a small grade in our yard. He rode it 5 or 6 times and by June it was making noises when trying to put in reverse. In July, couldnt get it into reverse. Called Coleman and they said it only had a 90 day warranty. Sent it to a repair shop and a mechanism inside the motor had came apart and caused the motor case to crack. Just had to purchase a brand new motor plus pay the repair fee. Absolute trash. By reading reviews, maybe we should start a class action lawsuit.

I would not order anything from Coleman Powersports. Order parts on July 19th 2023. I have made dozens of phone calls and email only to have my order cut in half because customer service said they didnt know when other parts would be available. It has been over two months and was just told they finally started shipping orders 1 week ago due to relocating warehouse. So if I do the math 6 weeks to move a warehouse material and start shipping. My parts should be here in hopefully 5 more weeks or longer. Totally mismanaged company from top to bottom. When asked if the company is going to do any type of compensation the answers have been no. I will remember this and try not to buy cheap Chinese made products again.

We bought each of our sons a four ******* for Christmas.......they are junk. The motor seems to do ok, but the frame has broke, chains broke, wheel shredded of the rim, exhaust has broke off of both four-wheelers, headlight came off. Absolutely terrible quality.

WOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING COLEMAN SELLS!!! we bought a utv 400 and it's been nothing but problems! of course the problems started just after the return window was up and it only had 9 hrs on it! buyer beware!!! the 2nd repair was done when it had 15 hrs on it! everything they sell is defective junk! buyer beware!!

Coleman doesn't honor the warranty they give you. I bought a RT200 bike which started and died same day. Couldn't return to Sportsman warehouse within 3 hours of purchase. 30 plus calls of Coleman saying a supervisor will call me back. *****************************, ********, couple others. Simple fact is that Coleman has no one in ******* that will service products for them. ******** will not . I am from *******,**. Coleman is a home brand. I will never buy anything from them or Sportsmans Warehouse ever again. 5 generations of my family used and believed in Coleman...

Horrible costumer service. Poor product. We bought a utv 400 on may and is not working properly. We paid $7500.00 for trash. Is still in the shop for almost 3 weeks. We bought so we can use it in our property but it makes a squicking noise, the hood latch is broken and the engine cuts off all the time. We email them, we called them and still not response from any of them it has been more than a moth. We have to find a company that will do a guarantee work. We did not have any help from the costumer service. No response back from costumer service, no emails response. I ask for my money back bc and do not got any response from them. We bought it new expecting everything will work fine. Now reading all the reviews it seems we all have the same problem. I wish we knew it and would not buy such as trash
