If I could give negative a million stars, I would. ******* was claimed to have attempted delivery when in reality, the driver returned to the hub with the package. I figured out from customer ********************** that they lie and state they tried to deliver on anything they dont have time for. We were waiting at the location to sign for them to straight up lie about delivery. We are losing business because of this. I called this morning and they promised me it would be delivered today. Should have known that was a load of c*** It wasnt and then they claimed we couldnt resolve the issue because the *** was closed. I asked for the number to call tomorrow and they started it couldnt be given. This is a sorry excuse of a company and dont even attempt to rectify the issues. They push back the issue to the shipper, when the shipper did everything right but they cant get their p*** in a group to deliver. One would think if they cant deliver one day, the move it to the front of the list for the next. Not the case. Maybe hire more staff and you can cut your bottom line on your customer ********************** department that field complaints for your horrible business.
