      Avoid at all costs! They sent a repair man for an oven, who took deposit. Then repeatedly cancelled appointments to fix, and when he showed up, he said he needed another part. Weeks later, several cancelled appointments and no oven. Oh, and the burner on the stove top he "Fixed" was NOT grounded, so we are getting shocks every time we touch dial. The company says a manager will call me back (****, no last name allowed). Good luck with that!

      This company should not be used by onyone. They Insist on you signing for non refundable parts. The one part I paid for was supposed to be new orderd and waited for four days for. when it was to be installed I had found out my problem had been gas pressure and not a bad stove. The part of course not needed but paid for so I went to sell it to another company and found out it was not new but a USED part.Such a rip off . seniors should not have to deal with shamers. Rating one star due to not being aloud to rate a zero.

      I'd give zero stars if I could. I need my ** electric range top repaired, one of the dual burners is only partially working. It's a dual burner and only the outside rings are working, the center stays cold. I told them this via their contact us form. They said they'd send a guy right out and he'd have the part on his truck. Got a call back the ** guy wasn't around so I'd have to wait until Monday. Monday comes and a guy shows up in a personal car, with what looks like a tool case, similar to a briefcase. He comes in I show him the burner not working and then he tells me OK I'll have to order the part and that's will be $85 cash for the diagnostic exam, or $89.99 to use a credit card. He didn't diagnose a thing, he looked at the burner not coming on properly, only half lit. I already told them that, $85 to confirm what I already told them, no hooking up machines or even opening the case he had, what BS, no way I'm paying them a thing. I asked about the tech who was supposed to have the part on the truck, "Oh no we never do that". What a scam company, I should have done my due diligence and looked this scam company up first. DO NOT RECOMMEND The Appliance Repair men in ********, **

      These guys will take a credit card, charge for the visit, schedule you the same day, but then call and say the technician is no longer available. Scam central . . .

      Tech finally came and informed me the transmission is gone which I already figured said it would cost 700 I thanked him and he left

      Was charged a fee to have someone to come out and give me a diagnosis and was told it could go towards my final repair bill. ***** A man arrived, he wasn't with the company, but a repair guy that companies call him to come out n do work for companies. I was charged by him *****. All h e did was look at stuff, pretended to be bust and testing stuff and then told me it might be much breaker has gone bad or my voltage is too low. Promised me a copy of my bill in a email but never got it, my maintenance guy here checked everything and saw the breakers were fine nothing was wrong that down the road my dryer might need a new start stop button. I tried calling the company to ask questions and complain and they refuse to return calls

      Not really a business. It's a service where repair men sign up to be part of a network in different zip codes. When you call it transfers to a call center in ********* where they book your appointment. They've never seen the repair men in their life you probably spend more time with them than they do actually on boarding them to the network.

      I called for a repairman for my dryer. Got a call back. Was told that it would be $69.99 charge that would be used toward re pair. Was given a window of arrival 10:00 to 1:00. The technician arrived past the window for arrival. Did not get out of his vehicle for 10 minutes, and looked at my dryer. Gave me a price for the replacement part and his labor to the tune of $277.00. Thoroughly disgusted with the scam. He brought no tools and did nothing more than take a photo of the dryer serial number. Wasted MY time and absconded with $69.99 of my money. For NO SERVICE ! Are curse words allowed? Because I have a few choice ones. Negative one stars...

      I made an appointment to get my dryer fixed and was told they had parts on their vehicle to fix it. When the guy got here he only diagnosed it and said he had to order the part. I called and the customer service guy said oh we would never tell anyone that. I already knew what was wrong with the dryer I just needed it fixed because my hubby is a disabled veteran so he can physically fix it. So I would never recommend this company to anyone..they are definitely scammers.

      Liars. Gave one price. The service fee was to be included if work was done. Charged credit card anyway for the extra. Wish I had read these reviews first. ******.
