      I ordered two sets of valentines. One arrived, one did not. When I contacted the business, they had a serious of hoops I had to jump through before they would even begin an investigation into it. One included actually having my postal office submit documentation. The place of business should incur the risk during a transaction, not the consumer. Shoppers to this store, due so at your own risk.

      Although I have not received my package yet, I did want to give a review because of how incredible my experience has already been purchasing with Joyin. *** misdelivered my original package and incorrectly marked it as refused to be returned to sender. Joyin has gone above and beyond to work with me, and to reissue another order to me as fast as possible, having sent the replacement within 2 business days of being informed of my issue. They have also been quick and accommodating in regards to communication as well. They seem to understand that I need it before Valentines Day as i ordered specialty gifts for my children for school. Very grateful, and will be purchasing from Joyin often in the future.

      I placed an order with Joyin for an inflatable Christmas decoration. After a few uses the lights within the item became dim causing the display to not be visible and defeated the purchase of the decoration. I reached out to Joyin directly for assistance. After a few email exchanges and providing them with photos, videos and order information I was told that a replacement would be sent. A few hours later I received a message for me to disregard the previous email and a replacement could not be sent because the product manger did not approve my request. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. Joyin should honor their word and stand behind their product as they stated originally.

      I was unsure about ordering from this company because I never heard of it, but I looked it up on Trustpilot and they have five stars and the price was right. On Oct 1 ordered a skeleton union suit that zips up the front. It came really quickly on Oct 5. I took it out and it seemed like it was good quality.My son tried it on in front of me and the fit was perfect. He went to zip it up like any normal person would and when he got to the top the whole zipper slide came right off rendering the zipper useless. I tried to see if I could somehow get the zipper slide back on to no avail.I wrote an email to the company on Oct 5, 6:24p EST. Someone from customer service got back to me at ***** EST (Oct 6) asking me if I would accept a 30% refund. I wrote back on Oct 6, 8:00a EST, that no, I would not accept that. I need the costume, it costs more than the item to have a zipper fixed and the item now unusable.I'd emailed on Oct 5 at 6:24p EST then I called that evening around 7:45 EST, seeing as they are on Mountain or Pacific time. I thought it might be easier on the phone. I got a voicemail so I just hung up.I called 4x in the afternoon on Oct 6. The 1st time it sounded like I reached a person, but it was breaking up like someone answering on a cell phone. I got hung up on. I called back 3 more times and after listening to muzak it seemed like my call was picked up but there was no one there.At 12a EST on Oct 6, I left a voicemail, I emailed, and I've called. All with no reply. It's October and this is a Halloween costume- time is obviously of the essence. I don't know why they expected me to accept a 30% credit when the item can't be used in it's current state. It's ridiculous that I can't find any way to speak to someone about getting a replacement. Their policy on their site SAYS that if you get a defective item they will replace or refund. I've called more times, left more messages, and sent more emails, all to no avail, no response, and now, no costume & out $

      The most irresponsible company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I purchased a Halloween type figure from them which turned out to be a total piece of junk and far from as advertised. I contacted them last week requesting a return label for retiring the unused item and get a refund. I have gotten nothing but the runaround from these people. I was told last week that when they came back in the office, I would get the return label. Nothing. I contacted the again. Even though I had already furnished the order number and description, the next person that contacted me asked for a description and a photograph. I told to simply check the order number and certainly their records must indicate what the item was. I also left a message on their customer service form on their website and one on their ******** page. Always the same runaround and nothing is ever done. I would avoid this company like the plague, and if you must (for some unknown reason) purchase something that they sell, try to get it on Amazon where you can get an immediate response and return label should you be dissatisfied.
