I have been constantly receiving scam mailings for auto warranties for a car I haven't owned in years. This company continuously claims it's a "3rd party" that sends these out, and while that may or may not be true, it's quite obvious that they're working with claimed 3rd party as on the mail IT STATES THAT THE **** POLICY GOES THROUGH EVERCARE DIRECT. Stop sending me these scam mailings. Nobody wants your trash auto policies, nobody will ever want your trash auto policy, everyone knows you're a scam.

A letter came to me from Evercare Direct. Explaining I didn't have extended coverage on my vehicle warranty. I called to find out. They had me on hold for 15 minutes. I already purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle. I spoke with the representative from Evercare his name was ******. Said to please hold. Then never came back on the phone. I ask if this was a 3rd party he said no it was from ****. The letter is misleading. Looking up this company they don't look legit. Be wary of this company. I believe they are a fraudulent company

I keep getting mail from this business. The letters are misleading. They look like official letters from a car dealership. Evercare Direct is only in very small print at the bottom. I never signed up for mail from this scammy business and Im concerned that other people may fall for it and pay the $300 fine theyre threatening.

July 27, 2024 Received letter in the mail urging me to call to confirm my "eligibility" for a service contract when my "factory warranty" expires on my car. The letter references the correct year, make and model of my car (which is a ***** The letterhead and letter itself is written in a way which strongly implies that it is from *** or, at the very least, a company affiliated with ***, even though it is not. It does not provide a return address, website or company name, other than stating in fine print a the bottom that "all service contracts are through Evercare Direct." It is obvious that the letter is written with three principal goals in mind: (1) convince the reader that it is from *** or a *** dealership, (2) create a sense of urgency, using words such as "TIME SENSITIVE," "YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED," "still may have time left," "before it's too late," "this may be our only attempt to contact you," etc., even though there is no such urgency, and (3) create a sense of significant negative consequences if the reader does not take action, using words such as "neglect," "financially liable," and "protect your vehicle," which is only true in the sense that there is always a risk of needing vehicle repairs, but not true in the sense that the reader has "neglected" to do something that he or she should have done. This appears to be an actual business that sells vehicle repair warranties, but it is incredibly misleading and deceptive marketing, which may be in violation of the Texas DTPA and/or the *************** Code.

I have received multiple letters in the mail from a company that claims to be ever care direct which is an auto warranty company that is sending out predatory letters. It urges me to contact them before August 1 2024 and says that I have not contacted them regarding my vehicle service contract. It shows my personal information about my car at the top of the letter and gives an 888 number at the bottom of the letter signed by ***********************. This morning starting at 8:25 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on 7/23/24 I called the company and told them to take me off their mailing list for false advertisement. I am not with their **************** nor have I ever been with their ****************. This letter and continued contact from this company is unwanted and unnecessary and is predatory and seeking to get funds by false statements. It should be reported to the *** which I will do today. The first gentleman hung up on me. The second time I called I got a quote unquote manager. He stated for me to not call their company again. This is after I asked for them to take me off their mailing list for false advertisement. He stated that none of their letters were false advertisement and that they would not speak to anyone who stated so and again warned me not to call the company again. Again brutal tactics from a false company attempting to collect fees from unwary buyers. Extremely predatory letter. This company needs to be shut down for false advertisement. I then called back a third time as the manager on the second call hung up on me as well. The third time I got someone who I warned them immediately you need to get a new job because I'm going to shut your company down. False advertisement is not acceptable nor is it wanted by myself or my address. I did not seek contact with this company in any way shape or form. And I'm going to report you to the *** and the BBB. I am so tired as an American citizen getting predatory letters such as these from quote unquote auto warranty *****
