I received a letter that purports to be a service contract expiration on my 2018 vehicle. I did not give permission to anyone (****** ****** in ********) or Potlatch No 1 ************ to sell my contact information to anyone. I resent having my personal information sold to unscrupulous companies like Evercare Direct.

These people won't respect my requests to stop sending me junk mail. I want them to stop. Their mailings are deceptive and unwanted, and they need to stop contacting me (and for God's sake I don't want them selling or transferring my data to anyone else... I don't even know how in the h*** they got my details in the first place).

I keep receiving these "official looking" but fake warranty notices that have my information, my vehicle info and PII which is not ethical. I called the number on it, asked to be removed and was treated to one of the most unprofessional calls Ive had in my life. The individual used my first name repeatedly even though I asked them not to and clearly had zero interesting in delivering any sort of professionalism.

It's not good enough. Your employee raised their voice and used my first name in an incredibly condescending manner. That kindof speech can have ramifications and as you just apologize and continue to send the letters out...you have a one star with the bbb. Why do you think that is and you know why.

Along with others, I am receiving aggressive letters from the evercare direct people about my expiring warranty on the used car we recently purchased. I know that these are third-party arrangements as my husband was in the car business for almost 10 years. I decided to call them and request they stop sending us this mail, which we consider to be junk mail. Since I am unable to verify any information about it from the envelope, I still have to deal with it as a piece of potentially mportant mail. It is particularly uncomfortable for me to notice that they have my personal information including the make and model of my recently purchased vehicle when I have never made any effort to contact them.I called them today to tell them to please get me off their mailing list and was greeted by a very unpleasant and abrupt representative. Not a good conversation. I want this mail stopped as I requested. But I don't know how to deal with people who are so unprofessional.

We purchased a new car in February, 2024. Since then, we have received regular "Notices" to "have your vehicle service contract activated". There is a ***** number but no company listed for this "service". There is a fine print line saying ************ contracts are through Evercare Direct". The letter implies there will be financial impact if we do not activate this service contract. THIS IS A SCAM! I have seen enough scams to recognize one when I see it. The question to the BBB that I have is why this company continues to be free to attempt scamming of people even though they know they are scamming as evidenced by the dozens of complaints already posted. Is there no recourse to proactively stop this scamming? I'm sure that there are some people who do respond to this and get burned. Take my name off your scam list!

Continue to receive mailings about "Motor vehicle service notification" asking to verify eligibility for, what amounts to an extended warranty on my new vehicle. I have asked to be removed from their mailing list and still receive mailings from them. I do no want or need their service and do not wish to receive any further correspondence from them.

I have been constantly receiving scam mailings for auto warranties for a car I haven't owned in years. This company continuously claims it's a "3rd party" that sends these out, and while that may or may not be true, it's quite obvious that they're working with claimed 3rd party as on the mail IT STATES THAT THE **** POLICY GOES THROUGH EVERCARE DIRECT. Stop sending me these scam mailings. Nobody wants your trash auto policies, nobody will ever want your trash auto policy, everyone knows you're a scam.

Asked to be removed from the company mailing list. Representative refused to hang up and was needling me for personal information. I had to hangup the phone. This company continues to send me harassing letters about getting a car warranty with them. I just want them to stop sending me their mail. In the letter the approval Number is 288DL *****. I gave this number to the Representative and told them to stop sending me mail. I also file a complaint about scamming to BBB and the **** Evercare Direct phone number is ************.

Date: 08/26/2024 Amount : $275.00 Name on check: Evercare LLC I received some mail that was offering an extended warranty for my new vehicle. I called the number and gave them my account number and routing number to my checking account under the impression i would be receiving this service. Although there were a few things I noticed while on the phone with the person over the phone. The first thing was they never mentioned the name of their company and there was no company name or location on the mail i received. Another thing was the person I was speaking to sounded a little sketchy by asking for my banking information. At the moment I dismissed my suspicions but after hanging up I did some research on the phone number and the letter itself. I found online many posts about this phone number being involved in scam activities and that they dont offer any services and take your money.
