Do not support a company that does not support its customers! After deciding to finally get my lashes done (kids older...bit of time for mom) I went and paid good money for a classic set with good tip as well). I had an important work function that night and had to go with a completely bloodshot, half opened, and painful eye; there was glue burning it. I called the studio first thing in the morning and expressed my concern as the burn was worse and it now felt like there was something in it. The front desk instructed me to take ******** and wait. As a healthcare professional I knew that this was no allergy. The girl said "yah, you're probably right but it should be fine." My eye was a mess. Fast forward a few days, the eye is quite sore (had already checked with my doctor and she was concerned about infection but I received no treatment) and my eyelashes were a mess. I followed everything they told me to do including buy their wash and brush. They were horrible looking. I went back before 2 weeks to fix them. I told the stylist about the burn and she said she would use a sensitive glue. I spent even more on the "fill" and I was not informed that there would be extra charges for "volume." Fast forward again... (after at least $300 spent) I was headed out of town to celebrate the holidays with my husband for the first time in many years. Upon arrival to a very nice resort he noticed a huge chunk of my eyelashes were gone. Again, I had done EVERYTHING "right." I called to speak with a manager and unbelievably all he said was to come in and pay again for a fill (not even in town). No sorry about the burned cornea, no sorry that your lashes didn't even last a week, and no accountability at all. They did a poor job and made no attempt to correct it. I would have gladly come in and had them fix it and probably become a long time customer. Super sad that this turned out to be more of a fast food money grab than a nice community place that I could look forward to visiting.

Beware of this lash studio! I have never experienced such poor communication and lack of customer relations as I did at my appointment today. Because of their false advertising and horribly unfriendly front desk staff I will not be signing up for their membership or recommending them to anyone I know. I received this email three different times regarding my introductory offer of $79.99 and as you can see it has their Oracle Road address on it. I showed up for my complimentary session and filled out the paperwork. The stylist brought me back and asked me what look I preferred and applied my lashes (at no time was price discussed by any employee). I go to the front desk to pay and was told that my email wasn't sent from them. Then she says that the lashes that were applied were $65 more on top of the introductory price of $89.99! This is total bait and switch advertising and their front desk staff was argumentative, unhelpful and insensitive. Save yourself money and aggravation and choose a different lash studio!
