      I ordered a table and chairs on April 21,2024 on line for $1,016.33 which was charged to my credit card. I received confirmation via text that my order was processed and they are currently out of stock but would be in by the end of May. May 28,2024, I messaged Sam Levits to check on my order and I was told it would be early July Before my table could be delivered. On June 4th I received a message that there was unfortunate circumstances with Ashley furniture and I would not be receiving my table. At that time they offered me a discount if I wanted to purchase another table. I requested a refund of my money and was told I should have it between 10 to 15 days credited to my credit card. On June 21, I messaged Sam Levitz That I have not received my credit and was told that it had not been processed, and he was contacting accounting. On June 27, I Message them again and they said they were sending it to a manager. Each time I have requested an update on what they had found out and no communication followed. On July 2, once again messaged Sam Levitz for the status of my refund and they said they would contact accounting. I then told them that was unacceptable and I needed this taken care of as soon as possible. They been said they would contact someone in corporate management and get this taken care of. on July 11 iMessage them again with the demand that I received my money within 24 hours or I was going to contact the BBB. I also called the corporate office and requested a phone call back from the Internet sales manager, which I never received a call back, I really need your assistance and getting my money refunded to me as soon as possible and preferably with interest. Thank you for any help that you can give me.

      *** Levitz has taken my money and delivered faulty merchandise which was returned to them for repair and was unable to fix so I was given a notice that I would be refunded fully and the merchandise was picked up for return by *** Levitz on March 1, 2024. As of this date I have not received my refund. I have called several times since March 1, 2024 and have been lied to that a check was mailed but never received. Then I was told a check was written but needed signing. Still no receipt of funds. I am 93 years old and need to have my money returned to me. *** Levitz has both my money and the returned furniture. Help, please.
