1 starConfusing website. Hard to make to plans for both you and your spouse. Shipping boxes both tore open the first two weeks of delivery. Super cheap boxes. Consider getting boxes from Amazon for free. I get items worth $3 in ************. The boxes carry a lot of weight and you can tear using your pinky finger. What????You have to reorder the second week before you have even tasted the first if you are relying on a service.Meal packages are impossible to open and require scissors, knife or scalding yourself with steam.Idea, spend 15 cents more on better shipping boxes and 10 cents more on a meal you can open with your hand and not require a *********** tool belt and welder's gloves to open. I have to work more for these meals than they are worth. If the WHOLE concept is convenience, they have a swing and a missed. Least convenient service and unreliable delivery.Review fromMarie E

1 starFalsified a subscription when I was only exploring menu. I unfortunately had to pay for first shipment though I never confirmed. Got a refund on 2nd box after multiple emails and attempts to cancel. As for meals I didnt order? Disgusting. For example, who eats a hamburger, grainy squash and rubbery scrambled eggs for breakfast? How about ******** sprouts and rubbery egg whites? Sinewy , grisly sirloin for dinner. 1 starDONT DO IT!!! This seems to be a good idea but its like a wolf in sheeps clothing. I canceled my subscription within an hour of starting it because of some confusing details that I couldnt get an answer too. I received confirmation of the cancellation but I was still charged and an order was shipped. The box was crushed, opened, taped back up, missing meals, and the airtight seals were broken. There is no way I can eat any of it. I have contacted the company using every possible method requesting I be refunded and cannot get a live person or even an email response. In the meantime, another order showed ** today in even worse condition than the first! Im going to take these boxes to my bank to let them get my money back.Review fromPritesh W

Like many others, I visited their website to check out the meal plans and costs. The website asks you to enter your card details before you can see the meal plans for the current week, but CLEARLY STATES you will not be charged until you select a meal plan. Guess what?! I did not select any meal plan as nothing matched my diet needs, but was still charged the full amount of $90 approx. Wrote 2 emails to customer service about the issue and still have not received a response. Another issues that customers need to know - the website has a "cancel subscription" button, which actually doesn't work when you click it. Definitely shady practices for a food service company trying to promote healthy eating.Fresh n' Lean

I definitely understand the frustration and inconvenience of the cancellation button glitch. Our web development team has investigated and addressed this issue. I visited their website in hopes to see food selections that appealed to me. Since I did not, I did not place an order. I received a shipment today of selections that I do not like or can eat. I did not authorize this order and was unsuccessful in getting this resolved through the chat function. I was told that I did not read the terms and conditions. This way of business is not customer friendly and can be considered entrapment. I do not want this food and asked for them to pick it up and refund me. I was told "NO" to the refund. They would only refund me 20% which is unacceptable. I want a full refund and for someone to pick up this food sitting in my lobby.Fresh n' Lean

This business is terrible and I highly recommend anyone considering them to stay away. Their website is clumsy at best, and even before I had finished setting up my account, they charged me! What?Trying to contact their customer service is an exercise in frustration, and when I finally got through to someone after over an hour, I wasnt helped but was instead threatened. I took a look into this situation, and it looks like you had signed up for your meal plan this past Thursday at 1:13pm, then submitted your meal selections via your online customer dashboard at ******. The payment for that order was then processed at 4:29pm. Your subscription was then canceled via the online customer dashboard at ******. The following day, one of our customer experience advocates assisted you via our websites chat feature, canceling and refunding the order that had been processed. Refunds may take between **** business days to receive depending on your financial institution (usually just about 3-5). So you will be receiving that refund soon if you havent already. After speaking with one of our system engineers, it appears that you were charged earlier than expected due to the exact time of your meal selection submission falling into a small gap between billing batches. This resulted in your order being funneled into an earlier batch. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Now that we are aware of this gap, we are addressing this to prevent a situation like yours in the future. 1 starI read several meal delivery blogs that recommended this service so I signed up. They charged my card and the next day several fraudulent charges were made on the same card resulting in the card needing to be suspended. On my statement it showed their charge was the last successful charge to go through before the (over 40k) in fraudulent charges happened. They then emailed me to say my payment declined (I assumed my bank went back and declined all charges made that day until it was sorted and gave them a new card to charge. I then heard nothing. About my order, the updated payment info or any replies from emails and calls other than "they're experiencing a higher than normal call volume" I checked with my bank and their original charge still stands and was not in fact denied. So I'm in the process of filing a charge back with my bank and closing all accountsinked to them. Either they're harvesting card info or they have a massive security issue.Review fromIrm D

On the website, the nutrition information provided for the meals indicated they were all vegan.When the meals actually arrived, I discovered too late that they contained meat.There is no option to cancel.
