  BUYERS BEWARE!!! NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. THEY ARE BIG SCAMMERS! CUSTOMER SERVICE USELESS.THANKFUL THAT I ONLY SPENT $80. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... BERRYSEE, BERRYLOOK, THEY BELONG TO ONE UMBRELLA COMPANY!!!

  I totally agree with all the other reviews that talk about the poor quality of the items this scam company sells. On top of that, they don't provide a physical address to return the garbage to, for good reason, because then it's easier to track. I returned their c*** via the **** ************ received confirmation that they received it, and yet all I got was the runaround from them via email. I finally gave up and stopped wasting my time. Glad I only lost about $80 when you include the cost of returning their c*** I don't understand how they're still in business, still scamming people out of their hard earned money. Aren't the attorneys general paying attention?

  TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!The items that arrived were PRINTS of a denim shirt not an actual denim shirt. In fact, they even printed the pockets! It actually had NO pockets! JUST PRINTS OF THEM! Unbelievable! I have never purchased an item that is such a scam before. The pictures look good but the item is simply a photo of it they stitched together, not the real item. Unbelievably deceiving.According to other reviewers they play games and DON'T give you a return address, give the run around and expect you to pay to return it and even then don't refund your money. They need to be put out of business. How do these people sleep at night?

  Nothing in my order fit. The materials were very cheap and the clothing was not as pictured. They have a scam by not providing a return label. They say it will cost too much for you if you try to return it yourself. If you return the order, spending the money to ship your return back, they boldly say they will return you purchasing price less the initial shipping cost, which is quite expensive, since the clothes were made and shipping from *****. They will offer you half the initial order cost you paid, and say you can keep the (ugly and unwearable) clothes they sent. I imagine this scam is the only way they can stay in business. I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. Buyer beware!

  Order a coat from their and paid for shipping. Received the wrong size coat. Reached out to the seller and they are trying to offer me less then half a refund and keep the coat I can not use or to pay for shipping myself and issue me a refund minus the original shipping price. There again getting less then half of what I paid and returning the coat. I would understand of the mistake was made on my part ordering but it was made on the part of the company for what they shipped me. Their customer service is horrible and I would not recommend doing business with this company again.

  I can't even find the words. When my order finally showed up as disappointed I was I had to laugh at the garbage they sent me. Who made this crap? These people should not be allowed to sell in *****************. One of my Items looked nothing like what I ordered. It looks like someone in elementary school made these. DO NOT BUY FROM BERRYLOOK. I think they also sell their s*** under different names.

  Junk quality. Terrible embroidery and stitching. Please be aware of this company, they dont have a customer service number only an email that rarely gets checked. So if you're in a situation like me when you need to return their product for a refund, they wont respond to you at all! I shipped my product back to their return address 2 weeks ago and I still have not got a response. I've been emailing them and still no response. My **** tracking says the package was delivered. Time to support american made products to avoid issues like these.

  I wish I had read the reviews, the quality is junk, I used my debit card, as soon as I did I called bank and canceled my card, absolutely would never deal with this company, ************ said **********, but theres a sticker underneath, which is from *********, somebody needs to put this company out of business. Also, they have at least 3 different stores, they have the same merchandise. Beware!!

  I would rate this 0 stars. I ordered a coat over a month ago and have yet to receive it yet when they say 5-7 day shipping. I tracked it from some wierd tracking site and it's been at the same place for weeks. ?? I don't know if I'll even get it at this point. Horrible site to order from. It should be shut down.
