Order No. LG00878073 was placed on Nov ******* for 5 pieces of clothing to be delivered to ********. Loragal split my order and mailed something weighing 2.4oz (the weight of an envelope) to an unknown address in *****************. They provide you with a fake tracking tracking number for your items. I am due a full refund of $128.96. They have no intentions of mailing products they allegedly have in the alleged business theyre running and advertising.Business Response

I placed a transaction to the merchant on 10/1/2024, I reached out to them on 10/3/2024 advising them of the items In question as I had not received any tracking or processing information. I was responded to and advised to the normal waiting time is 1 to 3 weeks. On 10/10/2024 I reached out asking for my items to be canceled as I realized they wont be arriving in time for the event they were needed for. The merchant provided me with tracking number advising they were already in route and count not be canceled. However, when I reviewed the order on the website it stated it had not shipped yet. I decided to wait for the items, I continued to track them through the foreign link they provided. Today is 10/31/2024, I haven't received the items , I attempted to track them and they are now reflecting a constant search bar and stating the shipper is trying to locate the items. I would like a full refund to be processed as I waited longer than the allotted time advised and still do not have my merchandise.Business Response

From the useless third party tracking site to the 2 month (and counting) wait, this place is horrible. No one will give me a refund because my order is still in "transit". The tracking app goes in circles and gives you useless tracking updates that don't even make sense and when I asked customer support what "transit station in transit" meant on the 11th they said it would be delivered in a couple days. I checked today, the 22nd and now it says package arrived at the processing center. They will run you in circles.Business Response

I placed an order for an item from Loragal on 8/22/24. After a couple of weeks, and me inquiring about the order, I was told that my package was lost and another had been sent out. I was given new tracking information on 9/10/24 in which tracking has only moved once. I have not received my order as of 9/21/24. I have not received tracking information for my local postal service although the international tracking info says that my package is with the local postal service.
