    Light blonde hairpiece (which Ive ordered from *********************** in the past), arrived grey with greenish tones. Contacted **************** at BWO right away but was told that it was a non-refundable item. ?? I held my ground and was then told I could opt to send it back at my own ************ a $10 restocking fee for store credit. Do they actually think I WANT their aged, discolored merchandise?? I had no idea their stock was going out of business and discontinued merch. *********************, friends.

    Disgusting! I ordered 2 blond ponytail extension. I waited over over a month. When they finally arrived, they were the wrong color. A dark reddish/*****. They refuse to refund, unless I take responsibility for the cost of returning " their " mistake back to *****. Unbelievable! I recommend to stay away from this company. Why is everything coming from *****? Where is BestWigs actual head office?
