On 10/04/2023 I signed up for a free trial with RingCentral with account number **************. Almost immediately before the trial ends a team member reached out to me and asked how everything was going. I said that ring central is not ideal for me. The team member assured me that he understood and said that the account will be disabled and that there is nothing for me to do. In order for me to sign up and try the free trial, I had to enter my debit card information. Every month since last year 10/18/2023 I am getting charged a monthly fee of $39.33. I tried to sign in into the account to remove my card, I cannot because the account is disabled. I am not getting the reset emails; they said look in the spam folder. There is no reset email coming from them for the email that I actually used to sign up for this free trial which is ********************* I cannot contact them to create a ticket, because to create a ticket apparently you need to login in the account.I am being charged monthly for something I am not even using. That is the definition of a scam and there is no attempt made to correct the behavior.
