      RingCentral agreed to cancel my contract as of 4/18/25 and yet they are continuing to bill me and take my money. They need to cancel my account and refund my most recent bill of $150.80 AND cancel my contract.

      On April 16, three fraudulent charges, one for $670.92, one for $596.37, and one for $633.64 were charged to my debit card to this company. Being that I have no business with them, no account with them, no contact to them, they allowed these three random charges to be made to my bank account. The matter has been referred to police and my bank for investigation.What I seek from the company is an apology, a reversal of the charges, and a public acknowledgement that this happened.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They have left voicemails, several, asking me for my bank statement or my debit card number. I refuse to give them that information because my bank statement shows my bank account number and my address, which they dont have a right to and could further expose my financial information to a company that has already facilitated fraud. My debit card has been blocked and subsequently cut up, and I dont have that information anymore.  My bank has been attempting to resolve the financial matter, but thus far I have not heard if they have had any success.

       I have not tried to call the company back because given their communications so far, it feels like scammers. Even my phone company has identified their number as potential scam and has silenced the calls, which is why I have not answered. They have the exact amounts charged, the date, and my name. My bank has also been involved.  If they, an *********** dont have the resources to find the charges involved, I would question their ability to do the business they purport to do.

      We discussed this matter with the customer and found that we had provided a 50% off the bundle. We are unable to discount an additional 50% of the current pricing. We do not believe the customer is satisfied with this outcome but we did discuss the matter.

      I am writing to formally complain about a series of issues I have experienced with my recent order and the subsequent handling of my account. I placed an order for a desk through **************************. However, instead of receiving the desk I ordered, I was sent a phone with instructions for self-installation. This was the first issue, as the product delivered did not match my order.Upon receiving the phone, I attempted to install it, but it did not function. I contacted your support team for assistance, and over the course of one week, I spent a total of 10 hours on the phone with your representatives trying to resolve the issue. Despite these efforts, the phone still did not work. Eventually, I was informed that a replacement phone would be sent to me, and I was asked to return the defective device. I promptly returned the original phone as instructed.Since then, I have been waiting for the replacement device, which has not yet been delivered. Despite my repeated calls to check on the status of the new phone, I am consistently told that an account manager will contact me to arrange dispatch. To date, no one has called me, and the replacement device has not been sent. To make matters worse, I am being charged a monthly fee for the original, non-functional phone a device I no longer possess, as I returned it per your instructions.This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I have not received the desk I originally ordered, the phone I was sent instead was defective, and despite returning it, I am still being billed for a product I cannot use. Furthermore, the lack of follow-through on the promised replacement and the unfulfilled assurances of a call from an account manager have left me without a resolution.

      I have had service with this company since 2012 for fax , I was advised by them they had telephone service about 3 years ago I transferred 2 lines to them. I found out they had been over charged for over a year they told me they would fix it then my phones were disconnected I had business so I had to keep my numbers under duress I had to reconnect and now the lines are working again. **** wont accept their own equipment

      Ring central has made it nearly impossible to cancel our phones. Even after extended wait times they continue to offer a million other options like transfer the phone line to a different business and discounts and then put you on hold at least 2 additional times even after explaining our goal to cancel. Weve called in past as well! Then they attempt to ask you to call back during a ONE month window to cancel in 2026 (we did sign a two year contract I guess) and only after a million questions do they agree to schedule the cancellation for us (which they could have done all along, like the last few times we tried to call) so we dont forget and end up auto-renewing. I feel like they stole 2000 dollars from us (1000 per year) for this phone service as the business was unfortunately closed within 1 month of opening (healthcare business) for unforeseen circumstances. I am extremely disappointed with this businesses policies, abhorrent attempts to cancel the account and make it harder for us to ensure we have no charges after the contract period is up. Any hope of a billing adjustment is not even entertained by this company.

      I contacted Ring Central in October, 2024 as my business needed a way to do telemarketing with live call transfer capabilities to employees in various locations. They promised that their services could do this, so I signed up for a 12 month contract. We did the on-boarding call set-up/training. After using the service, I discovered that live call transfers could not take place the way we needed, which was for the telemarketer to live transfer a client to an agent and then continue making calls. Each time we did this, if the telemarketer disconnected to make another call, it dropped the live transfer. We went through their support team, who could not make a resolution at all, and definitely not within the initial 30 days we had to cancel the contract (we tried). I have called and spoken with 4 different people, who all insist I can have 3 months for free but that they cannot cancel my contract without a hefty early cancellation fee. Ring Central has not and cannot provide the service I contracted them for, making the contract fraudulent and void. They need to cancel my contract with no further fees or charges. When trying to cancel my contract, I was treated rudely, had a person come on the phone and breathe heavily, been hung up on, and the 4th person I spoke with asked to place me on hold for 1-2 minutes and then left me on hold for going on 53 minutes now with no contact. I chatted with a virtual agent to see if they could get someone to tell **** to pick up the phone, but no luck. I just want my contract cancelled. I shouldnt have to pay for something that they guaranteed their system could do, but it cant.

      I was in an annual contract with Ringcentral and their phones went down all day 1/22/25.Cost our business tens of thousands of dollars.I proceeded to call to cancel on 4/8/25 and ringcentral says I still need to pay for another 30 days of service before I can cancel. WORST COMPANY EVER.they offered me a credit of $10 for my outage.

      We have been trying since August to get our TCR SMS registration approved. Since December I've spoken to at least 5 *** ***resentatives. Each time, I am told I need to make an update and will be approved. I make the necessary changes and continue to receive a TCR SMS application denial. No one can give me an answer except that I need to make a specific change and this time it'll be right. Mind you, each time you submit the application you are charged *****. We've had to submit the application 3 times within the past 2 weeks. I've sat on the phone about ***** minutes each time while the *** reviews our application and website. They tell me what changes I need to make. I can't help but reiterate the frustration and continuing to be told something different every time I'm on the phone with a *** ***resentative. It is impeding patient care for our mental health practice.

      For over a year we tried to get Ring Central phones to work in our office. We paid techs to come in and set up the phones and work with Ring Central. Over that time we could not get the phones to work. We purchased new phones twice on ring centrals advice. Still could not get the system to work - calls dropped, calls were static, patients could not hear us. We could not hear patients. Voice mail did not work half of the time. It was difficult to transfer calls. We reset the phones many times but were unable to get a stable system so we moved on. Ring Central is telling us they will not cancel the service even though they couldn't provide us with service.
