    Excellent service: book came exactly as described, arrived in timely fashion. I have ordered from Alibris before, have always been satisfied, and will continue to order through them when I want a used book is good condition at a reasonable price.

    *** tried ordering the same book twice from two different sellers on this site. Im truly getting suspicious and beginning to think its the same company with a different shop name. The first told me that it had been delivered when it had not and I dont even think they gave me the full refund (which may have been the point? The refund did seem a bit light, so perhaps this is also a Scam alert?). Now *** tried ordering the same book a second time from (allegedly) a different seller, this one claims it was returned and the packaging was damaged even though it hasnt even been three weeks and also claimed they were giving me a full return of which I have not received yet and its now been more than two or three business days. Either this book is cursed or something fishy is going on. I highly suspect its the latter. Whatever it is, its completely made me suspicious of this company and ordering from it ever again. At the very least its not that hard to check and see if a book is in stock before saying its been shipped and then having customer service I think just making up flat out lies about the shipping status! Truly bizarre. Its either a scam where they may be actually keeping part of the refund? Or just truly shoddy inventory and shipping & handling practices. Because otherwise I cant figure out what this business thinks it is doing as an operational business model. Alibris has not been very helpful at all.Buyer beware.

    This company is horrible. They auto filled an address from ****************************************************** and refused to take any responsibility for their outdated system. I lost $78 for Christmas presents for my wife and kids. I would never recommend anyone use this company ever.

    Refusing to cancel an order within hours of ordering is not good business policy which is precisely what Alibris has done. Very simple for me to send out public messages discouraging doing business with this company. We do not have **** home delivery and need to pick up packages at a US ******** post office. We simply write refused on the package and if we are not given immediate credit we file, "credit card fraud with our provider."
