Amarose skintag remover is a scam. I ordered the product online early morning hours on 4/16/23. I purchased the 'buy 3 bottles+get 2 free' skin tag remover, 1 bottle of eye gel, 1 bottle of lifting serum, and 1 bottle of moisturizer. The website claims each bottle costs $39.99/bottle plus 2 free bottles however I was charged a total of $319.72 for 8 total bottles and did not get credit for the "free" bottles. Hours later- that morning on 4/16/23, someone called me from "Amarose" claiming to be a manager and said I was overcharged for my order. As a result of overcharging he was offering me to cancel the 1st order and rebook a new order at a total price of $205.60 for SIX bottles of skin tag, 1 eye gel, 1 lifting serum, and 1 moisturizer but needed my credit card to do so. I hung up with that "manager" and called the company directly. They ensured that the "manager" was legit and this was an extended offer for being overcharged in my initial purchase. I proceeded to re-order the 2nd order and Amarose said they canceled the 1st order. On 4/17 I got another call from Amarose agent trying to cancel and rebook my order -just as they did the day before! I've now called the company to cancel all orders. 1st time I called to cancel they said they only have 1 total order on file (my credit card has 3 separate charges) and that if I return the product they will refund the total minus a 25% restocking fee. Of course when I ask for the website info to verify this information, ***** from "escalation team" hung up on me. To add insult to injury, the email for the "2nd order" claimed that I ordered (via manager on phone) 6 bottles skin tag, 1 toner, 1 eye gel and 1 serum (not even the same order as the one "canceled"). My order info: 1st order ID **********, merchant name on charge - Glowing Sensation, total $319.72. Tracking: **************************. Second order ID **********, merchant name on charge - Update Looks, total $205.60. Tracking **************************.Initial Complaint

On 10/21/22 I purchased a product from this company. I didn't receive it until about 12/11/22. It was ordered through Amarose but shipped by **************** and the charge on my account was by Mentom?? They not only sent what I ordered but also another additional 5 bottles that they charged me for. Two transactions for $39.99 and $199.99 for a total of $239.98. I had called them which is the only one time I got through. The one bottle I tried did not work for me. They said we can return them for a full refund. They asked we send pictures of the packaging and the tracking number which I did on 12/16/22. On 12/24/22 I received an email saying the refund has been issued. It never was issued and no longer can get through by phone. I have a long email string with them since then which I can provide, and they keep delaying the refund saying they already issued it and I need to talk to my bank which I did several times. I talked to my bank today and it is now past the 60 days to file a dispute. I didn't know I could do that until a friend told me. I now know that I have been scammed! Their ads come up on my ******** and they filter out the comments. I was able to read a few before they got filtered and it was the same story as mine. Now it's not about the money but a matter of principle. Their website and products they sent looked legit so it's hard to believe no one else has complained?? Please help!Initial Complaint

On September 11th 2022 I purchased 5 bottles of skin tag remover product. I used the product for 30 days with no noticeable effect on my skin tag. I was disappointed and felt that there was false advertising as I had followed the instructions perfectly, used it 2 x/day, and it simply did not work at all. I thought, no problem, the company has a money-back satisfaction guarantee. I contacted the company, and was informed that I could only return the product for a refund between 60 and 90 days after I received the product. I contacted the company again on about November 20th, and was provided a return RMA code, and an address to return the bottles of product for a refund. I sent the product back, 4 bottles of it unopened, and have a **** delievery confirmation with tracking number **** **** **** **** **** 67. My returned product was delivered on November 25th at 11;10 AM. I have never received a refund. I have contacted them 3 times and was told my refund was processed and would post to my bank. I have never received the refund, and now their phone number for customer service does not work. They report that they have a live chat for customer service, and provide a web address in their phone recording. I have tried the chat about 10 times and have never gotten a response. This company stole my money basically. They charged me, got their product back, and probably sold it again to some other poor fool.Initial Complaint

A product called Amarose Skin Tag Remover was ordered through amarose.us website on 8/29/2022 with credit card. Price was higher than expected due to misleading pricing information on website and no opportunity to see or review total order amount prior to order execution. Directions online stated to use product at least 6 weeks but return policy was only 30 days. A phone number ************** provided by Amarosebeauty <**************************************> on 10/12/2022 for "any questions or concern" was not answered during stated normal business hours (Pacific time zone). This same phone number now has a recorded message stating "You have reached a non-working number at PNC." The product was almost a year old when received, so almost half of shelf life was already gone. For me, Amarose Skin Tag Remover produced no results whatsoever. In my experience, it is a completely ineffective product and might as well be perfumed water. I suspect photoshopping of "before" and "after" photos on the website. The product was shipped on 8/30/2022 by ***************, *********************************************************, but the first credit card charge was from "************ *********** IL." This is a fitness club located in ********, ** per internet search. Calls to this number were not answered during normal weekday business hours. A 2nd (and fraudulent) charge appeared on my credit card on 1/26/2023 for the same amount as the original purchase price of $199.75, but from a different entity "DEPENDAPP" categorized as a "Mens / Ladies" Clothing Store" by my credit card company. This is a fraudulent charge and has been identified as such by my credit card company. They had already received other complaints. Consumer Complaints have been filed with the *** and my state's ************************** The first charge is in dispute with my credit card company and the 2nd charge dispute is pending.Initial Complaint

I made an order of ******* beauty for one bottle at $35 ended up charging me $2019 for five bottles tried to get a refund and return it they told me I had to wait 60 days and when I called back the number just keeps going to voicemail telling me to call back when they're open in then a month later January 17th they charged me another $200 but this time it was an actual store that charged me in ******** with my card number. Therefore I've reason to believe that the person running the business is selling card numbers and using them in businesses. Never signed up for reoccurring subscription when I ordered it I checked 3 times to make sure that it was one bottle for $35. And on top of that, the product doesn't even work. Send emails they don't answer.Initial Complaint

Like other complaints on here, they did a bait and switch on me. I ordered 1 bottle at $39.95 but they changed my order to their "special offer" of 5 bottles for $199. I found out when I got a confirmation email. I called them to cancel the order, but they claimed that the product had shipped, which if it were true would make their shipping department the best in the nation. My Order Number is B63E51586.placed October 19th.I informed them I would be returning the product. After the product arrived, I asked for a return label, but apparently that's not part of their policy. Anyway I complied with their odd return policy, at my expense, and shipped the product, intact and unopened, back to them. That was on 11/15/2022. After several email exchanges with their support department I still haven't received a refund.. Every email response from their support comes from a different person. I suspect that their support department doesn't exist, and instead they pay students to respond. The emails are always very polite, but provide no hope on the refund front. They deserve to be closed down. But I'm just interested in getting my money back - $199.Initial Complaint

I ordered online and paid Amarose Beauty ****** for skin tag removal cream. I paid with PayPal Mastercard. November 19, 2022. To date i have not received the product. I asked them to cancel the order, but the man said to keep it and that I had 60 days to return. Now, no one answers the phone and I have not received the product. I tried to email them but they have no email address. The product is now being sold under a different name. Still no on answers phone. I am assuming this is a scam, but I want my money back. What can you do to help me.Initial Complaint

Made purchase of Amarose Skin Tag Remover on 11/2/22 via phone. My credit card was charged $54 on 11/3/22. Never received product. Called several times to follow up *************); I was told product would ship. I am now unable to reach the business at the phone number I used previously to reach them. It states I am calling outside of business hours (which I am not) and provides a website to got to to do a chat with customer service (www.customersupportlink.com). The website is not authentic. The toll free number on my credit card statement has been disconnected. I am looking for a full refund and to report them to other potential buyers as a scam.
