      I bought tickets back in 2019 using the bands presale code and after 2 years of delays the concert finally happened in 2022. So the day of the show I went to the stadium only to find my seats were completely obstructed, nothing was viewable (I was only able to see the sound equipment). I went back to my receipt and my ticket and there is no mention of obstructed view tickets, the cost of the tickets were the same price as the non obstructed view tickets, so buyer beware when using Ticketmaster.

      I ordered 4 tickets at a buy 1+3 price deal. The venue map was kind of confusing as it had one of my tickets labeled in another row. I expressed my concerns about how I wanted my party to all sit together in the automated chat because I can't seem to find a a help line that actually works, and they proceeded to help me swap a ticket which they said would cost $10. They charged me $30. By now I have also contacted the venue office and they informed me that yes the map is confusing, but my tickets were together the entire time. I am confused why ticket master help couldn't have told me that? Now I am waiting for a response yet again as to whether or not they can give me the ticket I had and get my $30 back because my tickets were together THE WHOLE TIME.

      they sell fraudulent tickets. bought some for about $400 and drove 6 to the event and they didn't want to scan bc it was returned and fraudulent, so i had to buy last min tickets a the balcony instead of the level seating so now i'm out another $200. and i've tried contacting them but they would not give me a returned ** they only give returned if the show is canceled.

      I wanted to order tickets to see MUSE in ********, ** in April. Got into the presale and tickets were evaporating. I have two issues with the process I had to go through: 1. I selected two seats in the second section nearest the stage on one side. First issue here is the interface is very poor and lags when you zoom in and out. When I zoomed out to briefly verify I couldn't get closer seats on the other side of the venue, they removed my selection of seats and I lost them. Now I had to select farther away seats at a higher price. 2. I selected my seats at "****** + taxes/fees". Went to check out. On the checkout page it stated my tickets were priced at "****** + taxes/fees". This is clearly inconsistent with the previous interface for choosing seats. And with their queueing system it would be impossible to get any other seats. It pressured me into accepting the higher price "because that's just how it is". This is bait and switch, and frankly should be illegal. I unfortunately have no recourse available to me other than to **** it up and accept paying ~15% more. If I had actually locked in those earlier seats, what are the odds I would have been charged even more? The section I originally selected had seats marketed at over 300 dollars, when I had originally selected them at 155. Shameful. Disgusting. Unfortunate.

      That's not what I stated in my review. The price was originally marketed at $155 + taxes/fees. On the order checkout the price was changed to $175 + taxes/fees. I purchased and paid knowing full well the price was raised to $175 + taxes/fees. My review is calling out the unfair business practice of marketing seats lower than they were ultimately rung up and sold for. The ridiculously competitive ticket sales market with this added practice of changing prices mid-sale workflow intimidates the ******** into accepting this predatory tactic. If this were on any other platform customers would reject the business and leave. You're taking your opportunity as the primary and exclusive location for ticket sales and extorting customers with it.

      I bought tickets in July 2022 for *******/Earth,WInd and Fire-they cancelled the concert and I have been attempting to get my refund of $120 since then-They say I will get it in 4 days, then want my tax info, from a private seller and have to go after them. Except I don't know who they are. Its been 4 months and 35 emails later and I just get. robot response!

      I purchased tickets for a Stray Kids concert but it got postponed and so I sold my tickets. I am still waiting for a refund and I am trying to verify my bank account by confirming two small deposits that I received through my bank account, but it does not verify. I have contacted them everywhere on social media but I have not gotten any replies yet. I just want my money back!

      I am sorry for the delay in getting your paid. I see the test deposits were accepted by your bank today. If you made changes to your payout info , that will retrigger new test deposits to be sent, invalidating previously sent ones.

      You can reach us by chat once signed into your ticketmaster account. Social Media is not our primary customer service channel so it does take longer for replies there.

      It is basically impossible to get ahold of someone. I have an issue that I think could be a simple fix, but the only option is to use the "live chat" which is not helpful at all. The number is always busy (I also had to search a lot to find it) and doesn't give a call back option. I tried to find an email but apparently there isn't one. Very frustrating, I just want my event that I spent a lot of money on to go smoothly.

      **************** is awful and they do not care. Never sell your tickets on this website. They ask for all this information for a ****, verify checking account and then never give you the money. The website says **** days post the sell and it does not happen, You are out ticket (s) and money and they could care less. Stay away from this place. First and last time dealing with them.
