I called and was told the refund was taken care of and would not be taken out of my account. Also that when they tried to bill me and send more of what I did not want this too was cancelled. THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUT TODAYBusiness Response

I was on the Gundry MD website after seeing an infomercial with the expectation to try one of the products. I selected one item and after entering credit card details there was a bar on top that had 4 steps to purchase but I was at step 2 when a pop up opened that gave me a better offer if I purchased three instead of one so I selected that option. I had not executed or confirmed my order because I could not find a shopping cart anywhere on the site to confirm what was in my cart nor given the opportunity to make any changes. Within two days the order executed on its own and I received four containers (3 containers for $84.77 and 1 container for $58.74). I did not want the 1 container. To my surprise somehow the order executed on its own. 2-24-25 I ordered three bottled of ********************************* Gummies, and paid for them with my ****** account. Later after the order was made, I saw I was billed not only for the gummies but also for $114.00 for FloraSlim. I DID NOT ORDER ANY ***** SLIM. This needs to be removed from my order. Website for the order of the gummies is very sketchy, and deceptive. One can also most not know what is being sold.The whole thing is very deceptive and ************* has a very deceptive website. The item was ordered November 9, 2024 per my credit card statement. The oder date listed on the statement slip is 2024-11-08; the shipment did not arrive in a timely manner.The product: Gundry MD Gut Brain Sync 30 Capsules Lot No. ******* was received.The producer recommends a 90-day trial before making a conclusion about whether or not the product produces the desired results.After completing the full 90 day trial, I concluded that the product had the opposite effect that was promised by the producer, i.e, I gained 5 lbs in weight, had increased GI upset and gas and no effect on cognition.I contacted Gundry MD and was informed via chat that my return of the empty bottles for a refund was rejected because the warranty date was up on 6 Feb 24.The warranty appears to be deceptively set up to insure that if the purchaser gives the product a fair evaluation and the results are negative a refund will be *********** a board certified veterinary pathologist with over 14 years of toxicologic pathology experience, I am convinced this product is essentially a scam.Business Response

I tried to order my one bottle and it rejected my credit card. I tried again with a different card and it got rejected. I tried third time and also rejected. Now I think you have my information on 3 different cards and I couldn't order my one jar.!! I cannot worry about this being a scam but I better not get charged for anything. 2/14/2025 My order#***************** I watched the entire video on a ******** advertisement I wanted 3 jars for the $139.95 and then there is a pop up a wheel to give me an additional discount making the 3 jars $96.37. When I accept it gave me additional jars instead of the discount on the 3 in my cart. Charging me $236.22 I didn't get to see the final total, It is conveniently hidden until you push to place the order. Clearly this is a scam!Business Response

Ordered 6 shakes MCT at full price and 6 at discounted price on 12/29/2025.Started refund an return in the the middle off January and got a partial refund posted on 02/042026.
