    I placed an order for one bottle of ******************************* Complete 3 supplements.The buying experience is complicated and confusing to its customers.Checkout is a nightmare. Screens pop up encouraging you to buy more products. Its almost impossible to check out when Gundrys site makes it difficult to do so.The order went through but what I thought would be one bottle of a supplement is now four bottles at approximately $114.00.I called customer service as soon as they opened and talked to a representative and asked him to cancel my order. I explained I felt duped and frustrated. He stated he understood but asked me why I wanted to cancel. I explained the order was not what I wanted. The representative tried again to get me to keep the order. My response was the same. I stated for the second time to please just cancel my order. He finally agreed. He said my bank account is showing the transaction as pending and nothing went through. He stated I would get a confirmation in my email showing the cancellation. This morning I looked at my bank account and email. The cancellation email was not in my gmail and the pending transaction went through and my supplements were processed.What kind of business is this?This is bad medicine practice doctor!Please refund my money.Sincerely ***** ****

    I placed an order less than 24hrs ago.Emailed them almost immediately to cancel the order Couldn't live chat due to time difference. Did a live chat this morning to cancel and they said it's too late to cancel as it's already shipped. It will take 28 days to arrive,then I will have to pay shipping to return the product and wait another 28 days for a refund.That is crazy

    I was charged $134 for Gundry MD products on Nov 25, that I never ordered, as well as two other fraud charges that I assume are related to this company. I actually received three Gundry products at an incorrect address. I request a refund and hiding by other reviews on here, hopefully a shutdown of this company.

    Dr ************************ site is nearly impossible to get to my "subscription" to cancel it. I have been looking at "please wait" for over 10 minuets. I have attempted to enter my subscription several times, only to see "please wait". Can anything be done to make his site more accessible? I do not want to call his site a SCAM, however, not having the ability to access my account and cancel my subscription is suspicious.

    My name is ******* (*****) ********;November 5, 2024, Gundry MD charged my account $139.85 for 3 bottles of MCT Wellness to support more energy, weight loss, and brain health. The quarantee on their website quotes 'If you are unsatisfied with this product for any reason whatsoever AFTER a full 90 days of use, I'll return your money, hassle- free, guaranteed.I just finished my 3 month supply and I am not satisfied with this product. I contacted Gundry MD at ************** on November 25, 2024, after the full 90 days as required, regarding the guarantee and was informed my guarantee would not be honored because it was over the 90 day period. If the requirement was to be within ************************************************************* their sales materials. This appears to be deceitful business practice if not a real scam.     GundryMD sent me a bottle of MCT Wellness which I did order. However they signed me up for a monthly subscription of ************ which I absolutely did not order.GundryMD also sent me a bottle of Vital Reds which I did not order or approve to buy. They also signed me up for a monthly subscription of ********** which I absolutely did not order. They have refunded me however my email says I still have a monthly subscription for both.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with GundryMD regarding their failure to fulfill an order I placed almost four months ago. In late July, I responded to a special offer for Nitro Pulse and placed an order (Order Number: GM21169595). After significant delays and repeated follow-ups, GundryMD promised to send a second order as free product (Order Number: GM2122123) to compensate me for my inconvenience. Unfortunately, neither order has been fulfilled to date.Despite my repeated inquiries, I have only received generic responses apologizing for the delay and blaming high demand. Each time, I am told the product might ship by a certain date but without any firm commitment or proactive communication.Adding to my frustration, Gundry MD continues to market the same product through promotional offers, which I still receive. It is unclear how the company can solicit new orders while failing to fulfill those placed months ago. This practice is misleading and unprofessional.While I am confident GundryMD would refund my money if requested, that is not the issue. I want the product I ordered, which I purchased in good faith based on their promotional offer.Desired Resolution:1. Immediate shipment of my orders (GM21169595 and GM2122123).2. Assurance that Gundry MD will not continue marketing a product they cannot fulfill.3.     I ordered one bottle of nerve 6 on November 12, 2024 for a price of $86.25 I looked at my bank account and the company wellness guide 101 had charged me $****** for 6 bottles. I immediately sent numerous emails concerning the charge of ****** which I never received any acknowledgement from the emails that were sent. I did not order the 6 bottles that they were shipping to me for the reason of the money was to buy groceries which I cant buy groceries now. I received the shipment on 11/16 and the company shipped all 7 bottles in the same package. I need to return this shipment and receive the credit of $341.90 (one bottle $86.25 6 bottles $****** total $341.90). Please let know where to return the bottles and receive my credit. The emails that I have sent were never acknowledged by anyone. Please acknowledge this email about where to return this shipment so I may receive my credit. The professional way to handle this issue would be to acknowledge my email and issue credit to my bank account.Thank you in advance and have a blessed day.
