    I'm very disappointed. I really thought it would help me because I believe that Dr. ********************** seems so sincere.However Bio complete 3 made me feel bloated and sluggish. My intestines were hurting and I didn't have any appetite. I'm only 124 pounds and I felt like I was 200 pounds!!

    I order products from Gundry MD and did not receive all of the products. The one's I recieved did not work. ***** MD has 90 days 100% guarantee on the product refund. I would like get refund on the product I bought. Order # ORD-********* for $412.25, Order# ORD-********* for ******, and Order # ORD- ********** for $135.37 for total of $760.49 dollars.

    ************ hoursCalled ************ about the *** Wellness product I ordered on 1/5/25. The call was not clear, call center, and the individual I spoke with was garbled. The individual placed me on hold and the call disconnected. I called back and spoke with ******. ****** listened to my issues and stated that the return policy for the 90 days guarantee is from date of shipment. How can someone order on 1-5-25 have the product shipped on 1-7-25 and receive on 1-11-25 or 1-13-25 have a guarantee that starts on the ship date but I have no product to use until the 11th or 13th? This type of policy makes no sense. It isnt until I tried to get a refund that I read the policy word for word. I assumed the start date was the receipt of product in hand. Regardless I am requesting a refund at a minimum of $154.25 if not the whole amount of $253.35.

    I am rejecting this response because: Gundry offered 30%! 30% of what! $253 which equals $75.90? 30% of $154 which equals $46.20. 30% is not definitive of anything without stating a dollar amount. The original package was $99 and the additional that I did not request but somehow received in checkout was $154. Not a happy consumer.

    I ordered one product Bio Complete Three (health capsules) the initial transaction of indicated USD $49.00 was processed and the amount processed was $263.09-AUD and then a second transaction of $359.18 was also processed both without my consent. It lured me into playing some bonus spin discount game and before the game had elapsed both transactions had processed through my bank account-and it was then asking me to spin in another game for step 3- I did not do this as I had already had my funds stolen.

    I sent the company the following email to ******************************** I only wanted to try MCT Wellness dietary supplement, and that is all that I ordered. Today, however, I received a package with 3 canisters of Proplant Complete Shake. I DID NOT order this.There is no proper invoice in the delivery, so I had to look up on my credit card how much you charged me: $146.58 on 04/03/2025, and $48.86 on 04/07/2025, a total of $195.44!Furthermore, when I called the customer service phone number listed in the delivery, there is NO customer service connected to it, but rather recorded offers for many other things to buy. After wading through the recorded messages, it finally says that GundryMD is not part of the service, and it refers to another phone number which repeats the sa****f your marketing system tricked me into ordering the shake when all I wanted is a one-time purchase of something else, I am furious. I want my money back and I want NOTHING MORE to do with your company. I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.Cancel any further orders that you think of sending **** am sending this message in my report to the Better Business Bureau.****** ****

    I placed an order February 21, 2025 for 3 items. Only received one. Have called several times and they keep telling they are resending the other 2 items but I still dont have them. ********** and plant omegas have never been received. I either want my products or my money back

    I ordered 3 bottles of their MCT Wellness. I want to return and get a refund for 2 of the unopened bottles. It does not work as I was led to believe. I cannot get the return website to acknowledge my order number so I can start return paperwork.

    Based on Dr. ******** scammy advertisement, I purchsed his Pro Plant shake Product from ****** for $55.95 in early March. Claims included suppport of muscle growth, smooth digestion, increased energy, and wieghtloss. In addition he advocated the avoidance of lechtins, which is product claims to do. However, I have since learned that the *********** states that for most people there is no verified reason there is no reason to avoid dietary lechtins, so the only claim that I could not verify personally is worthless.

    I called and was told the refund was taken care of and would not be taken out of my account. Also that when they tried to bill me and send more of what I did not want this too was cancelled. THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUT TODAY
