On 8-17-2021, ****** MD acted fraudulently when they they charged my VISA card $167.99 for *************** Subscribe and Save - 6 Vital Reds every 6 months" As shown in an attached copy of an email from ****** MD of the same date. This is ********** because at the time of the charge I had no active account (subscription or otherwise) with ****** MD. No later than 7-15-2021, a previously existing account was deactivated as verified in the email of 7-15-2021 (copy attached). Also note, in the email of 7-15-2021, an offer to follow a link and establish a new account. To date, I have not done so. If ****** MD claims that either the previous account is now somehow active, or that I have established a new account sometime between X-XX-XXXX and 8-17-2021, that is a falsehood. My desired resolution below "Billing Adjustment" means I require full restitution to my VISA card. Thank you, **** *****Business response

On July 22nd, I received an email stating that my order with ****** MD had been processed. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but they said it couldn't be canceled. That i would have to wait to receive the order I didn't want or sign up for, send it back at my own cost, and then wait for a refund of $229. I was hung up on ****** **** *** Assured that they didn't sign me up for the ************* Then, they offered a *** ****** for the ************* on the 23rd and it would be received in 3-5 business days, so today it wasn't in my account, I spoke with them. They never issued it. Now I have to wait another 3-5 business days for my money. It ***** like ***** They ****** me into ** order I ******* ***** **** something from *** And then ******* to help *** *********** Not once have I unchecked every box for a subscription only to be put into a subscription for another company. Nor have I ever had such an issue canceling an unwanted order and getting a refund for it elsewhere.Business response

I tried ordering the product with the understanding, stated in there advertising, that if I wasn't satisfied I could get a full refund for 90 days worth of product. I contacted them & they won't give me a full refund for the ************************ 3. After purchasing it, I started finding links on the site saying there are a number of other products needed to "repair leaky gut" and "repair skin." This is problematic because that is exactly what ************ ************ 3 is intended to do. I thought this was questionable and dubious. I ordered it on 7/26/21 for $59.37 and tried to cancel 7/27/21. Customer service said it had shipped but the tracking number/link said the package had not even left the warehouse. I got an email that it would ship in 48 hours from 7/27/21. They would only refund me $25.79, which is better than nothing. I would still like a full refund. I'm willing to send it back once arrived but I do not think we should since it has not shipped per their records.Business response
