I contacted Gundry MD to advise them that I used their product and it did not work for me. Since it has a 90 day refund policy, I requested a refund. They appeared to agree to a full refund but requested I send back the only empty container I had left . I asked if I could just take a picture of the information they need for their records , but they never responded to two emails . I tried to explain that I have been ********************************************* and that that this was a better option than returning the container. I want my refund . First time trying to order from the website for ****** MD Lectin Shield. I ordered one bottle. A message then popped up asking if I wanted to order 3 additional bottles at $84.00. I selected yes. The same message popped up again for 3 additional bottles. I assumed my original response did not go through. I was never offered the chance to review my complete order prior to authorizing a charge to my credit card. I did immediately send a request to customer service for the last 3 bottles at $114.00. Their purchasing practices are sneaky and misleading. I will not be ordering from them in the future. I just want a refund. I noticed there are many other complaints filed for this exact reason. They need to change their underhanded purchasing scheme. Not customer friendly!Business Response

Attempting to get the best price for the dark spot remover, I tried various promo codes, and ended up accidentally authorizing twice, four payments of $22.50. Both those PayPal authorizations went through. However, my order was not processed on the Gundry site, because it said that I had already use the promo code ******* 25. I stayed in a chat provided on their site, but the customer service person, although being very polite, could not remove my account. She said that was because I did not have a ********** address. So, what I really would like to do, is to order the dark spot remover for $30. If that's not possible I would like my account deleted from the site.Business Response

I printed a receipt for 3 bottles of Gundry MD ************ at the time of online order. I paid my *************** card $143.28. My card was billed an additional $747.41, a total of $865.74. A damaged wet box included substantially more product than I ordered. In accordance with instructions on their enclosed packing slip (Order number **************************), I emailed them about the discrepancy 2 weeks ago. I was promised a reply within 24-72 hours. I ordered 2 bottles of ************ online on about 11/01 and was also charged for additional products at on a separate order during the same transaction. I was given no chance to review my final charges or any of my order beforehand, nor did I get to review my billing and delivery addresses. They just placed an order without letting the customer review any of the details of their order! Once I realized I had been duped, I was going to call their customer service **** but it very late and they were not answering their phones. So, I sent an email immediately.I tried calling customer service the next day but was on hold for 45 minutes before I realized no one was going to answer. I even tried calling back the next day after that but was out on hold for 30 minutes and I had to give up again. I finally got an answer days later to my email just restating my problem with no solution or offer to make it right.So, multiple orders were charged, and it was sent to my billing address instead of my shipping address because I was not able to review my order/ Therefore, I had to end up paying more shipping charges to get a friend to ship it to me. The checkout "process" lead me to think that I was purchasing 5 bottles at a discount rather than two separate orders for 3 bottles per order. I was goaded into purchasing additional items without clear notification that an order was already placed. This is a very misleading way to conduct business. I was very excited to try the product but at this point, would just like a full refund as these practices lead me to believe that I cannot put any trust in this company. What a sneaky way to run a business. Tricking customers is a poor business practice.Business Response

On Nov.20 2022 st about 8:20pm I was looking at one of Dr. GUNDRYS ADS on my phone and sat my phone down and**************************** picked up the phone and was pushing the buttons. Thins racked up 3 orders I did not want . One order was $97.71, $54 32, and $125.51. I did however place a order for $48. 88 with card ************** on my ******** card I need these 3 orders credited back to my account asap. I ordered one bottle of bio 3 online 11/15/2022 and was also charged for other items on a separate order during the same transaction. I was given no chance to review my final charges and do a final confirmation before multiple orders were charged. before being able to get to the confirmation page, I was originally going to purchase only one bottle. I was goaded into purchasing additional items without clear notification that an order was already place I contacted customer support on 11/15/2022 and received notice advising them of the mistake it was never my intent to spend over 200.00. The company was advised that they were not authorized to charge my card for the cancelled items. On 11/16/2022 I called in and was given a refund for the unwanted items. On 11/17 /2022 my card again was charged without my consent for the same items that were cancelled., I was going to keep the one bottle of bio 3 which I have yet to received even though I have an email stating the the order was received along with return labels for the cancelled products which has never been received. because of this deceptive and misleading practice I can not trust that the company has a good product.. I have never placed any order where you were unable to see what you were purchasing and the total before placing the order This is a very misleading way to conduct business. Based on the complaints for the same issues you would think that the company would change this so that customers can see what they are clearly purchasing and the total before the order goes through and cut down on complaintsBusiness Response

Gundry MD, Beverly Hills, California sold me a product called MCT Wellness for weight loss. I purchased a six month supply for $257. I took the supplement for six months and lost no weight. I have supporting documentation from my doctors office for reference. I contacted Gundry customer support. After waiting over 90 minutes on hold, I told the agent my situation and that I would like a refund. The customer service representative informed me that they only give refunds 90 days after purchase. I told him that I purchased a 180 day supply to give the product a fair chance for weight reduction. I originally wasn't going to pursue this situation, but I decided to file this complaint because it's JUST NOT RIGHT!!!!! I purchased a 180 day supply and should be reimbursed after it not working as advertised after the 180 day trial period.Business Response

I ordered a product online using ******. ****** says the order went through and they have received my payment. But the Gundry MD website put up a page that said: "Oops! We had a technical error. Our team is working to fix it right now. In the meantime, please call ************ to ensure your order is processed correctly. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for joining the Gundry MD family!" So, I called the number. Got put on hold, listening to various hard sell messages about how to save more money by joining this or that club. Eventually hung up, because it just felt like this web page message had NOTHING to do with any technical error, but was just "phone bait" to get me to listen to more marketing propaganda. I'm sending you this complaint because I don't know how to actually determine whether there was a technical issue in the first place, and I'm hoping the company can assure me that my order has been correctly processed.Business Response
