      I purchased 3 vials of deep wrinkle filler which was advertised as risk free satisfaction guaranteed or money refunded. I wrote to the company that I did not see results and was not satisfied. I was encouraged to continue using the product and increase the application to 2 times a ************** it when applying rather than spreading, and an opportunity to extend the time frame for the guarantee. I agreed to this assuming that if not satisfied they would refund my payment as promised. After following these instructions I still did not see any change in the area I was treating. The product was quickly used up due to increased recommended twice daily application. I wrote back stating that I was not satisfied with the product and I wanted the promised refund. I was then told that I needed to return the product at my expense in order to proceed with a refund. Since I had used the product up I did not have any product to return. I informed the company there wasnt any product to return. They then said they need the empty containers to see the lot numbers. When I initially contacted them I was not told to save the vials as they would need to be returned. They offered me 30% back. I was skeptical when I purchased this product but their risk free guarantee enticed me to try it. This company falsely advertises risk free guarantee. When I first tried to inform them I was not satisfied they encouraged me to continue using the product. I want my money refunded as advertised. This product is not as advertised.

      Doctor is non responsive and has her staff deal with most, if not all of her patients. Staff is extremely rude. Office has left me without insulin since last Wednesday, it is now Sunday.

      Relying on a post by Beverly Hills MD on ******** on April 15, 2023, which promised RISK FREE, money back in full even if the entire product is used, I purchased a 3 months subscription of BHMD Dermal Repair Complex 120ML/60 capsules in the amount of $91.80 by phone on April 15, 2023.I took the product as directed but I did not see any difference and on July 13, 2023, I contacted customer service to cancel the subscription (which they did) and refund my $91.80.It was at this point that customer service said that I needed to return the empty bottles before I could receive my refund.I asked for a pre-paid return label and was informed by customer service that the expense of the return was on me. The representative then offered me a 30% refund if I did not wish to return the bottles. **************** emailed me a Return Authorization on July 13, 2023.I am filing this complaint because this offer is NOT RISK FREE if I have to pay over $17.00 to return the empty bottles.Respectfully I am willing to return the bottles if I receive a postage paid return label. I want my refund of $91.80 as advertised.

      I ordered a face product from Beverly Hills MD. I cannot provide any details because I never received an email or confirmation of my order. They immediately took my money through. I tried contacting them but still no response and no refund.

      Our card was used fraudulently to order from this company. However, we received the product in the mail. When I contacted them to inform them of the situation, I was told to return the product by doing a return to sender and the warehouse would figure it out in regards to a refund. It is easier to allow our bank handle the fraudulent charge. Im not even sure if this is a legit company. The questions they asked me were very strange.

      I need to talk to somebody in the Company to explain my experience with the different products Ive used, especially the one I just got, the Wrinkle filling complex. My calls were router to a call center in the *********** and when I asked to be connected to somebody in Beverly Hills MD, in **********, ***, MY CALLS WERE SIMPLY DISCONNECTED!! I need to return this product, did nothing for my skin and in 3 ******* was gone!! I tried many products from this line and NONE, have had any visible results on my skin!!! And some Ive tried for months!!!. Somebody needs to contact me, please. Its very frustrating!

      I purchased (3) BHMDRLANS Rapid Lift Advanced Neck Serum. I used product for several days and each time I used it as it would dry it felt like a mask on my face and neck. I emailed them regarding the problem and have never gotten a response.I purchased this in May, 2023 for $136.19. I was told when I purchased that I would get a full refund if not completely satisfied.I would like that refund and I will send product back.       I have not ordered this product. It arrived in my mailbox, I searched through my credit card transactions and bank account. I located the money transaction when I stumbled over a PayPal transaction. I have a PayPal app but never use it hence I have no way to access (have no password associated). Please advise!
