I purchased (3) BHMDRLANS Rapid Lift Advanced Neck Serum. I used product for several days and each time I used it as it would dry it felt like a mask on my face and neck. I emailed them regarding the problem and have never gotten a response.I purchased this in May, 2023 for $136.19. I was told when I purchased that I would get a full refund if not completely satisfied.I would like that refund and I will send product back. Ive tried to cancel my subscription and their website will not allow me to manage my account so that I can remove my payment information. I also spoke with someone and they said they would take care of it. I still received a subscription that I do NOT want.Business response

I have not ordered this product. It arrived in my mailbox, I searched through my credit card transactions and bank account. I located the money transaction when I stumbled over a PayPal transaction. I have a PayPal app but never use it hence I have no way to access (have no password associated). Please advise!Business response

I order a medication that was advertised as good for arthritis and wrinkles named Beverly Hills MD. It was going to buy only one bottle, but they offered to 3 bottles and shipping with discount included, I clicked to see the discount and the purchase was complete. No confirmation bottom or additional information was provided. I did not received a receipt or email as normally when you buy online. I got my package on January 21. I got a stomach reaction, but I was confident I only ordered once. Then, without ordering, I had a message from *********** later in March that I had a package to pick up and to pay collect. Another charge was done to my credit card for $ ******. The charge was done on February, but I did not realized until then. I called the number in the label *************) several times and sent emails to ******************************** until they answered my phone call. I talked to different people. Then, it turned out, that according to them, I accepted to be part of a membership where they will be sending packages of 3 bottles monthly. So, I went and checked my emails, and spams and there was nothing. I requested them to return the money and remove me from the automatic order. They *** sending it collect and they say I have to pay the product return. They have done all these charges to my credit card: February 19 $141.04, March 21 $******, and April 21 $120.56. On March I was not at home, so my kids went to *********** and paid for the package unaware of the situation. Now, I return from holidays and I got a message from *********** again. Only in April they refund $91 to my credit card, and after I communicated to them, again they charged on March 21st and refunded other $120. Of course, every time they send products, in order to receive the money, I have to pay *********** to send the products back and that is already a lot of money and time. I have lost $405.18, plus the shipping to return products ($22.85+$16+$16). They own me $265Business response

Ordered from Beverly Hills and was not happy with the product. Called to cancel and thought it was resolved. Have not received any more shipments but continue to have charges on my credit card. 2 separate charges for 4 months . One for magazines that I didnt order. Another fir the products. When I tried to resolve via phone, ( 3 times) had to speak with someone I couldnt understand. I couldnt get thru to these people that I was being charged excessively.Business response

I purchased 3 Wrinkle Fillers. My order # is BH7402694. I have tried to contact Beverly Hills MD as the product made my skin break out. I cannot reach them for my refund as I am still within the 60 day return policy. I am thinking this is a scam. How can I get my refund when I cannot get through to this company. On 1/3/23 I ordered the 6 bottle's of Derma repair complex capsule's After taking them for a few weeks, I had an allergy episode that sent me to the hospital with a swollen tongue and glands. I have been trying to contact them with no results. I am put on hold and never get to speak to a person.If I remember correctly I paid one hundred ninety seven dollars for the six jars. Before I finished the first month the company has already sent me another six jars.I would like to opt out and be reimbursed for the initial payment.Thank you!Business response

A friend of mine took an on-**************************** personality survey from:My Personality *************************************************** Beverly Hills, ** ***** Phone: ***************** Email: ************************* There was a $1.99 charge to receive the results which I addressed with my PayPal account. When I received my statement I saw the $1.99 charge and also a $27.88 charge set up for 8 automatic payments through Mind Works LLC. I cancelled the automatic PayPal payments. I tried to contact someone at My Personality but was automatically placed on hold and after a few minutes was told no one was available. I looked up the ********************************************* address and I believe the address is fictitious. A search on Mind Works LLC yields nothing to make me believe they are legitimate either. Please determine if My Personality is a legitimate business and if not identify them as scammers.Business response
