      The initial charge of ******* on 12/28/2020 at 9:53 a.m. was for the Crepe Correcting Body Complex (a cream that I wanted). A second charge on 12/28/2020 at 9:54 a.m. for ****** was for the Dermal Repair Complex 120ML (pills, which were mysteriously ordered ). Each month, I received a shipment containing another three month supply of pills. It's taken me so long to do something about the monthly shipment because I couldn't find where I was being charged for it or how much I was paying. I'm also a school teacher and have been in survival mode and haven't had the time or energy to do more. I contacted customer service today to cancel the order and questioned why I was receiving a three month supply each month. They are willing to refund me for four boxes and ignored my question. This made me wonder if others had similar experiences as mine. Sure enough, 112 complaints have been filed with the BBB. I did some more digging into my accounts, and still nothing connected to my checking or saving or Visa or Amex. Then I noticed my last bill to NORDSTROM Visa just happened to be for ******** And there is was, on the charge card that I exclusively use at Nordstrom Rack was 19 charges for ****** totaling *********** Interestingly, the date of the renewal has changed; the original renewal was on the 28th of each month from Dec 2020-July 2021. Then the 27th for August, the 26th September & October, the 25th for November and December, the 24th in January, and now the 23rd of June! I currently have 17 unopened boxes = over a 4 year supply (51 months) of pills that I don't want! Now that I know how much I've paid for each shipment, refunding me for 4 boxes isn't enough and after reading what others have said about being scammed into purchases, and shady return policy, I'll be expected to pay for return shipping. I'm asking for a refund of the 17 unopened boxes = ******** and free return shipping as well.

You mentioned in your reply that a monthly subscription was selected, and I go back to my original statement that I never wanted these pills and hence, did not approve these transactions for a monthly subscription. (See attached photo of 16 unopened boxes. The 17th box was opened because one of the glass jars was delivered broken). Lastly, I want to know why your monthly renewal contains 3 months worth of pills??? Your company is grossly overcharging customers. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue.       I ordered their product under guaranteed satisfaction. I called and let them know that their product was not satisfactory and wanted to elect the refund. They had shipped these in 6 heavy jars. I imagine they do that so that you won't return it, as the postage is very expensive. During these times, I just want them to refund my $****** and I can throw away the 4 unused jars. They cannot resell to the public anyway. And their guarantee stipulated that you can elect to send them back used or unused. I just want the refund. I don't want the product, however I don't want to incur another $20 on this guaranteed transaction. Can you assist in the helping get my refund? I also want the public to know this product does not work, so no-one else wastes their money. Fraudulent advertising.

      I bought the wrinkle filler that had a money back guarantee within 60 days. I contacted the company. close to the 60 days for a refund.The money back said no questions for a refund. I called and the customer service person told me I need to use it for three more months and I had to take pictures to show the restults every day.I wouldn't have purchased this item if those were the rules for me to return the product.The customer service person told me she would extend the 60 day refund for three more months and I couldn't get a refund until after the three months.To me that's false advertising

      I placed an order & paid ******* the product ordered was not delivered. I contacted Beverly Hills MD & they said they would refund $85.03 to my credit card account & that I should receive the refund within 7-10 business days. I still haven't received the refund & have contacted them numerous times to get this resolved. They stated the refund was submitted to my account on 2/14/22. I checked with my credit card issuer several times including today, 3/4/22 & still no refund. I have told them repeatedly that I haven't received the refund & they keep telling me it was processed 2/14/22 but they do nothing to resolve this issue.

I have not authorised, nor do I know what, this amount refers to. I have read the posts about their scams now and feel really stupid that I didn't read them first. I want these people reported and I want my money back!!

      Ordered some of the dermal repair from Beverly Hills MD. I ordered the three pack to try them, at check out, there were all these pop up with confusing add ons-one after another., I didn't even check them. I never would have bought a years worth, but that's what they sent me! When I looked at my ******, it said over $700 in total. How did this happen. I did not want or order 12 bottles. This is a total scam, and too make things worse. I had a terrible adverse reaction on these. I've lost 7 lbs. in the two weeks I've been taking this it makes me so sick. When I quit taking them, it went away. TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE. I'd love a partial refund. I'm willing to pay for the three pack I wanted, but NOT a year's full. I was shocked when they all arrived.
