I purchased 3 Wrinkle Fillers. My order # is BH7402694. I have tried to contact Beverly Hills MD as the product made my skin break out. I cannot reach them for my refund as I am still within the 60 day return policy. I am thinking this is a scam. How can I get my refund when I cannot get through to this company. On 1/3/23 I ordered the 6 bottle's of Derma repair complex capsule's After taking them for a few weeks, I had an allergy episode that sent me to the hospital with a swollen tongue and glands. I have been trying to contact them with no results. I am put on hold and never get to speak to a person.If I remember correctly I paid one hundred ninety seven dollars for the six jars. Before I finished the first month the company has already sent me another six jars.I would like to opt out and be reimbursed for the initial payment.Thank you!Business Response

A friend of mine took an on-**************************** personality survey from:My Personality *************************************************** Beverly Hills, ** ***** Phone: ***************** Email: ************************* There was a $1.99 charge to receive the results which I addressed with my PayPal account. When I received my statement I saw the $1.99 charge and also a $27.88 charge set up for 8 automatic payments through Mind Works LLC. I cancelled the automatic PayPal payments. I tried to contact someone at My Personality but was automatically placed on hold and after a few minutes was told no one was available. I looked up the ********************************************* address and I believe the address is fictitious. A search on Mind Works LLC yields nothing to make me believe they are legitimate either. Please determine if My Personality is a legitimate business and if not identify them as scammers.Business Response

I ordered a product 12/3 which is not working. They set up an auto ship service for 3 more of the same product. Which arrived on 12/26 before I had even used the first shipment of 3. So I opened a chat with an agent who offered a 40% discount on the 12/26 order if I decided to keep it. And he gave me a return confirmation for returning the rest of the 12/3 order. However, then I found I had to pay return shipping which I didn't see because it was in such small print. Next, I wanted to apply the credit for the 12/26 order to purchase their Dark Circle Corrector. So, I the opened the site from a link that offered a 23% off using a discount code of NEWGLOW23. But, when I tried to coordinate the dark circle corrector, I saw it listed as out of stock. Then when I opened another browser without the 23% code, and was able to put the product in my cart, but when I tried to order it, I got an error message saying I already used the AFFSHOP1 code, and was unable to use it. So, bottom line... I'd like to receive a 100% moneyback on all the dermal repair complex products because I've used them as they suggest, and don't see ANY positive results at all. Next, I'd like to be able to order the dark Circle corrector for $18.11 price which I originally saw in my order cart, but was unable to order at that price because of various error messages.The company definitely gets you with "small print" auto orders and a "90 day guarantee" which, again, in tiny print must reflect that the customer pays the return shipping which would be substantial on the three containers. Then, it seems they offer you a "come on" 23% off discount on the products but then when you try to order the product either shows as "out of stock" or if it allows you to put the product in the cart, you're unable to use any discounts.I appreciate your time and help in resolving these issues.Thanks and have a blessed *************************Business Response

The response was merely a very weak "apology" for any frustration with the ordering process and while working with the customer service team.
1. They didn't address my disappointment with a second shipment of 3 more bottles of their product were automatically sent so soon after I received the initial shipment.
But my other main concerns were with trying to order a eye dark circle corrector. When almost full price, the item was in stock, but when I tried to use a 23% off promo code posted right on their site, it gave me an error message saying the item was out of stock. I could plainly se it in my cart, but the customer service person could not see it in stock. She wasn't able to help me complete my order.
I still would love to get the dark circle corrector, and would very much appreciate the company sending me some, for all these frustrations and wasted time.
Also, I'm feel I'm being bombarded with emails and texts, and would appreciate fewer.
I eagerly await further action from the company, and would appreciate a credit and opportunity to order the eye product.Business Response

I placed a six month order for Derma Repair Complex in early November, and received they product at the correct charge. I to my surprise, a second order was duplicated in late November for the same order, and charged directly to my credit card without my authorization. I called their phone number, and was on hold for nearly 20 minutes or more, so I emailed their customer service department. The next day I received a response saying a refund would be issued to my credit card, since I had not even received the product. I thought it was a scam.A few days later the product arrived, I again contacted their CS to have and RMA number given and a return shipping label. I was told that my account was tagged to receive an automatic resupply for this product every 30 days. What am I going to do with 6 months supply every 30 days. What a scam. I emailed them back saying that they made the error, and that I would not pay for the return shipping charges. Their mistake, their responsibility. I explained to their CS that they won't get the product back, until they provide a return shipping label. The company is definitely trying to show that their sales are going on the up...probably to show investors how well their sales are. And that customers that experience problems return product at their cost. I will not fall into that scheme. If they want their product back - they need to provide me a return shipping label. This is a refund billing dispute for charges for services not rendered. The transaction charge to my********* Credit Card in the amount of $3000 was not authorized by me and charged on 7/19/2022. The business DMH Aesthetics located at ********************************* ***** was to provide facial laser treatment using the Morpheus laser device. The dispute involves the merchant charging my credit card for $3000 when they cancelled the procedure due to a broken machine on 8/24/2022 and never rescheduled. I have repeatedly since August until October tried to resolve the issue. The Merchant sent an email indicating that they would refund the credit card purchase in September and that has not occurred. I filed a billing dispute with ******** which is still pending. There is no Account Order or tracking number since it was billed as an unauthorized credit card transaction. I purchased two jars of cream from the BH MD . . . and (after following the instructions) it either leaves strange white globs on my face and/or it doesn't blend in at all . . . it just turns flaky. I feel I have been the victim of a scam. I have been charged 98.23 from a company with the name of Beverly Hills MD with this order information ************************* on 10/08/2022. I have tried to contact the company and by email and by telephone only to wait on hold for over 45 min before hanging up on more than 3 different occasions. I have been sent an email stating that this will be a recurring order monthly unless I call and cancel. No one will answer the phone or respond to an email.
