      I ordered medication from this company one time but was shocked to find out that they without my consent changed my account to auto refill and sent me another order of 10 pills. I never set up auto refill and had a hard time with the customer service department. Logged in to check my account settings and auto refill is off! Furthermore, there is no way to remove my credit card from my account.

      I ordered a prescription (for Tadalafil) as a one-time order. Scoreblue has put me on a recurring order status without my authorization. I called them on 6-5-24 to reimburse me and remove me from the recurring order status. I write to you because Scoreblue has a history of doing this and not listening to customers. I do not trust **********************. I hope you can assist me with my concern.

      They signed me up for automatic payments and refills without knowing....there is no way to get in touch with them....I want my refunds..the pills never even worked to begin with. I called the customer service number on the 3rd day after I got my first shipment. The lady said she would cancel my account and give me a refund. They lied and never cancelled and they just billed me again. I want this cancelled and my 3 payments refunded.

      I have been trying to cancel my one time prescription and they won't allow it and keep billing me. I am asking for my prescription to be canceled and all my information deleted from the web sight. Score blue.

      Sent an email to cancel and cant get any response back from them. They make it impossible to reach anyone to cancel. I changed my prescription but never agreed to the refill yet or shipment and they charged me immediately. It wasnt time for it to renew.

      12/08/23 call to buy product and try just only one time, after a month call an cancel the suscription by phone who ever answer they laught and say yes sure but they still charge the $88.90 like monthly subscription with out send the product... last recourse I change my card. but looks like they try to charge my bank account.       SCOREBLUE LLC makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. There is nowhere on there website to cancel the service. You can not even remove your credit card so they can keep charging you since it is impossible to cancel your account. Do not use this company.

      This company used to send an e-mail allowing me to change subscription or put off an order. About a year ago they stopped and now I get charged without approval. I attempted to cancel my subscription but there is no possible way to do so. I also attempted to remove the payment method and could not. This is not the kind of company I want to continue to do business with. I want a full refund and I of my information deleted immediately from there system. Unfortunately they have been able to do this to me multiple times because I have a very busy schedule. This is a deceptive business practice. They didnt send anything at all to notify of the charge. My charge card company notified me.

We do show that you called to cancel you reached out on May 7th, 2024 to cancel your membership and the recent order, and the membership was canceled on that day (May 7th) and we also issued a full refund on that day as well ($208.95). We attempted to reach you via phone to notify you of this, but were not able to reach you.
