    Scoreblue,com charged me $23.40 membership fee charged without my consent, I made a one time purchase online and received the product but did not sign up for recurring charges or membership. I called and was told the fee was because I was a new client. Nothing was mentioned about this on the website, and there is no option to cancel a membership. BBB complaints board is filled with the same story about recurring charges without consent.

We are sorry about this experience that you had. We do show that you were not signed up for a membership, and the additional charge you received was for additional pills that you added to your order at checkout - this was not any type of subscription charge at all - this was an option you selected at checkout. Additionally, we do see that you spoke to multiple customer service representatives on November 4th, and November 19th who explained this and let you know that you have been refunded.

    No way to cancel on their website. They keep sending me pills and charging my credit card without authorization. I DID NOT sign up, subscribe or enter into any contractual agreement to be sent and billed for medication that I DID NOT agree to purchase. I would like a full refund for two prescriptions I was billed for. The practice of this company's automatic subscription and failure to provide any means to cancel should be investigated by United States Federal and ***************

    I ordered generic ****** four months ago in June. My credit card was charged again for a recurring order that I did not approve. I called customer service and was told that I have to wait to receive the shipment and return to sender for a refund. I haven't taken any action since, as I have not received the package yet. However, I want my situation to be noted as I don't trust this company and I am concerned that I will not be refunded once the package is returned.

    On 10/20/2024 I was unknowingly charged a subscription fee from Scoreblue. I had made a purchase in April but never knew a subscription was attached to the purchase. I want to cancel this subscription but there is nowhere on the website that gives that option

    The product works and seems to be of a fair value when compared to similar companies. However, when wanting to discontinue subscription, I found that there was not an option on the online portal to cancel. There is also not an option to remove your credit card. I was also not able to find any clear direction on how to cancel subscription. I assume this is done so that the company can continue to charge, and Discourage cancellations. They do, however, list their support email and phone number, which I assume you can contact for cancellations.Having a cancel membership link is very standard practice for similar offerings. I found this to be very unprofessional of the company.

    I ordered one bottle of ****** from Score Blue I did not opt in for subscription but they sent more anyways and charged my credit card, I went to their website and cancelled the subscription yet they again sent more, which I don't take as it did not work, and charged me again, This is not a good or legal practice to continue to bill without consent, just because the have my credit card number does not give them the right to bill until whenever

    On 09 22 2024 I received a notice of unobtainable monies for a subscription I never knowingly subscribed to. I repeatedly requested to be let go of legal obligations for an unauthorized transaction. Was repeatedly given a number to call. Number is irrelevant. I never requested these services at all. Please Cease and Desist all transactions and liabilities immediately.

    I **** not aware that I was subscribing to this product. I thought I was paying for one shipment. As I was not happy with it I was not going to keep buying it but they kept sending it and charging me. I would like for my 'subscription' to be canceled and no further shipments be made.

    I have emailed the company to STOP my monthly prescription and they continue to still send me pills on a monthly basis. I have also searched there website for options to cancel as well as even attempted to remove my debit card information which was unsuccessful. I want this canceled **** !
