On 12/9/2022, ********************* custodian for my traditional *** account, wired $19,176.85 to Oxford Gold Group (OGG) for the purchase of precious metals. I was not aware that OGG did not send any precious metals to the depository for my traditional *** account investment. I only found out about this from Equity Trust in February 2024. Equity Trust also informed me that they are no longer doing business with OGG due to many complaints that OGG took clients' money but never sent any precious metals to any of the designated depository. I then informed OGG to wire the $19,176.85 back to Equity Trust so that I can withdraw my funds as cash directly from Equity Trust rather than having to deal with precious metals. I sent an email to OGG on 6/13/2024 giving OGG a two weeks' notice to wire the money back to Equity Trust for my traditional *** account. The due date was today, 6/28/2024. I let OGG know that if my money was not sent back, I will file reports and complaints with the appropriate authorities. OGG failed to respond to my emails, texts, and phone calls. So, OGG literally STOLE my retirement money!!! Filing a complaint with BBB is my first step. Next will be with the local police department, CA Secretary of State, CA ************************** ** **** FTC, and ********** of **********************************

I purchased $10,000 worth of gold and silver from Oxford Gold Group on March 15, 2024. I was told it would take about eight weeks before the gold would be sent to me. After the eight weeks had passed, I contacted my agent, ***********************. He responded that it was a little behind in delivery, but should be arriving soon. I waited another week or two before contacting him again. There was no response. The week before Memorial Day, he finally answered my call. He told me to call on the Tuesday after Memorial Day, and he would give me more information. I called, and he did not answer. I continued to call and left many messages; no response. I finally called the main phone number. After ringing over and over, someone finally picks up the call. They always say all their agents are busy, but if I will leave my phone number and email someone will get in touch with me in 24 to 48 hours. No one has ever called, and I have given my number and email multiple times. I picked the company for my first gold purchase because I heard them advertised on KFBK radio station during the ********************* and ********************* show.

On April 10, 2024, Oxford Gold Group received our check for $50,000.40 which was full payment for gold coins we ordered. We understood that the process to receive the coins would take 8 - 10 weeks for full delivery and we accepted that. After reaching out to our representative, *********************** for an update on our order, he responded via e-mail on June 5, 2024 that he expected to have shipping information for us the following week. Since then we have had NO communication with ANYONE at the company despite repeated calls and e-mails to both ***** and *******************. Last week (June 17 - 21) I phoned the main line for the company several times and was told that the ******* ************ was really backed up and they would transfer me to someone who could help answer my questions. Every time I was transferred it went straight to a voicemail on which I left a message which has not been returned.

My original interaction with the Oxford Gold Group started in Nov. 2022. I transferred $200,000.00 into a **************** with ********************* I started noticing on my quarterly statements it kept saying: Unsettled Metals Purchase involving $128,388.15. This is supposedly Precious Metals that never reached the depository. Specifically, it says "Waiting on Receipt of Metals at Depository". I've called Oxford Gold several times over the past years, specifically the *** **************** Granfar. He kept stringing me along saying everything would be resolved and I believed him. I call now and I get a call service. They keep sending me to voice mail. They are not returning my calls. I'm afraid I'm coming to the realization that they basically stole $128,388.15 from me.I'll gladly provide you with more information and supporting documents needed. Please just ask. Thank You! ************************

This started back in June 7, 2023 I researched gold and silver companies and decided on Oxford Gold Group from **********. They were.In the top 10 companies, so I thought it was okay to use them. Everybody was very nice and a man named ******************* was my agent. I bought $575,603.50 of gold and silver. It was to be deposited in a depository in ********** DE.. Earlier this year 2024 I got in touch with the Oxford gold group to liquidate some of my metals. I was told by Equity Trust who was in charge of my *** funds that the metals were never settled in the depository. No one as Oxford gold could tell me what happened. Since then, I keep getting voice mail and promises to get back to me. The one of few times I actually got to talk to someone they told me they would send me a check for $25,000 I need to help with bills. It would take 10 days . This was on May 14 2024. Never received it. Not sure if they couldn't liquidate my metals how they were going to do that. As of now June 3, 2024 I have not received any more answers. They either are lying to me or just ignoring me. I need this money to pay bills. This was my whole retirement and I am almost out of money. They had also told me ******************* passed away which I am not sure is true. I checked death certificates and obituaries and can't find any reports on him. I need to have someone try to help me. Supposedly they are to be insured by ****** of London so why can't they try to get my money back. I am not the only person this has happened to according to reviews on Trust pilot and BBB. Can you please help me? Thank you ************************* Get Outlook for Android

I have 2 issues, first is with Oxford Gold Group (OGG), second issue is with you the BBB (YOU GUYS!). You really stand behind this company after the numerous amounts of 1 star reviews about this company taken advantage of people! My mother trusted this company because they see companies LIKE YOU backing them as a trusted source. My mother worked with this company after doing her due dillgence and trusted this company thinking they would never s**** her over. Nice folders, nice people, always nice when your doing the buying and putting money in their pockets, but they straight up stole from her. The experience over this detail is below:Date of Purchase: 12/23/21 Spot price of gold $1,808.00 Cost of Gold spotted eagle ray per coin $769 (.25 oz coins): cost per ounce $3,076 (which Oxford charged my Mom) 70% over spot!Spot Price of silver $22.91 Cost of spotted eagle ray silver coin $66.78 (1.5 oz coins): cost per ounce $44.52 (Oxford charged my Mom) 94% over spot!Given the amount of Gold and Silver spotted eagle rays that were purchased, it indicates approx $9,700 was charged as "spread/commission" which is completely ridiculous. We have been trying for weeks to get into contact with someone...they take our info down and say they'll call back. NEVER DO. When we got through to a senior sales person, they were rude, but provided the owners email. Who knows if the email is even accurate. We've contacted them about this issue and are left with no reply. How are we suppose to react?Seriously disgusted at the BBB for what you write about this company. This company needs investigated and sued out their *****.
