I rolled my ***** to purchase Gold and Silver coins through Oxford Gold Group in 2021. when statements were received from depository the actual value of such coins are way less from what I originally invested, considering the oz of gold in 2024 has breaking the highest ******* comparison to 2021. When reviewing statements I noticed the amount of coins purchased were less than the amount expected , apparently they were sold to me at almost double prize from Oxford Gold Group, therefore the depository received less metals because of the higher price I attempted to contact Oxford Gold Group, and the ladies and gentleman had been in contact with have not responded, or are no longer with the company. I have not received any communication form Oxford Gold Group,

I sent $60,000 to put into gold coin. I sent the money to purchase the gold and silver coin that I chose to purchase and they were suppose to send it to a separate depository company for holding. I got a letter stating that the gold and silver was never shipped to Equity trust. I tried this morning to get a hold either telephone and internet to talk to someone but nothing, no answer, phone line disconnected. All I am looking for is either my shipment of gold and silver or a refund of my $60,000!

I thought I was investing for the future. Oxford gold was suppose to make that easy. But instead I was lead astray and and basically robbed of 25k. That money came from and *** that my late wife had. It was left to me so I thought I would grow it and buy gold and silver to retire with later in the future. But Oxford gold never delivered the metals to the depository. Back in February I was able to get in contact with someone from Oxford Gold and was told that my order had been delayed but assured me that my precious metals would be delivered. So not only did they not deliver the metals, the lady flat out lied to my face. Now I have to seek legal advice to take action against Oxford gold group. Their phone numbers no longer work and the website is down. Someone is going to pay for this deception.

It all started out great for me starting in October of 2022 and went well. 3 of 5 orders are at the depository. January 2024 I spoke to the *** in what now appears to be just before the collapse .He assured me the 2 orders I was concerned about would arrive. A couple of weeks later one DID arrive. Holding out hope. I have emailed. No response. Busy signal when I call.

I contacted Oxford Gold Group in June of 2022. My contact was *************************. I rolled $134k from a traditional *** into a precious metals ***. I Received the sale order on 7/21/22. ***** told me it would take 4-6 weeks for the metals to arrive a the depository in ********. He even joked that that I could go visit the coins if I wanted. It turns out you cant visit what doesnt exist. I never followed up I thought I was dealing with a reputable company in February of 2024 I received a letter from Equity Trust stating they were cutting ties with Oxford and my metals still were not delivered. I emailed ***** immediately and got a return call from a woman. I cant recall her name stating that my metals were in fact delivered and that Equity sent these letters out by default to all the customers because they angry that ********************** had decided to no longer use them. Turns out to be another lie. They do not answer their phones or any emails. This is theft. These people need to be found and punished accordingly

We rolled our 401K to purchase Silver coins through Oxford Gold Group. We have since been informed by Equity Trust that the silver coins were never sent to the depository to which the silver cions were to be held. Apparently the silver coins we purchased was never sent sent to the deposiyory by Oxford Gold Group. We've attempted to contact Oxford Gold Group, and the gentleman had been in contact with has not responded, or is no longer with the company. We have not received any communication form Oxford Gold Group

I too was a victim of investment fraud by Oxford Gold Group in 2023. My husband and I both invested a significant percentage of our TD Ameritrade SEP ***** and did what we thought was a rollover into gold/silver *****. Our broker/dealer was ******************* and he advised us on what gold/silver coins to purchase and guided us through a very seamless process. However, once Oxford had our money that was the last time we heard from them. Our metals were never delivered to the depository Equity Trust and they have never fulfilled their contract. They have all disconnected their phone numbers, vacated their ******* ************* blocked their emails and deleted all social media. They are ruthless thieves who could care less about all the people they stole from!!! We trusted that we were doing something that would secure our future. These guys are probably on a yacht somewhere drinking champagne.

I rolled over my *** ********** to Oxford Gold Group *** with a purchase of precious metals gold and silver. The custodian was processed through ********************* I transferred two *** accounts one on August 5, 2022 and another one on 10-27-2022. My rollover was never resolved in purchasing the metals for my ********** account. I was notified by letter on February 9, 2024 that my metals were never settled. I had logged into my Equity Trust account monthly and saw my balance and did not know where to look to find that my metals were not settled. I proceeded to call both Equity Trust and Oxford Gold concerning my **********. Equity Trust no longer does business with Oxford Gold Group and I am told by Equity Trust that hundreds have been affected. I have talked with the owner ************************ a few times may 3 to 4 times and he kept assuring me that my account will be settled. At first he said there was a mix up in the shipment of the metals and they had not been processed, I found out through Equity Trust that was not the case and for the most part any settlement only takes a few days. Mr. ******** then told me that the company was going through a restructure and they would be resolving my account through the courts and since my purchase was in 2022 it would be one of the first to be resolved. He also says we have insurance on our metals and anything happen we could get reimbursed. No information has been provided on any of restructure and insurance information.
