    Purchased a refurbished G6 power supply to find out it was DOA. I didn't want to wait 3 days to send my 1 day old power supply back for an evaluation and then have to wait another 5-7 days to receive a replacement unit so I decided to request a refund. This the part that makes me upset. Having to pay for shipping back to EVGA for their problem with quality control. The policy should be corrected if they find the unit defective, they will issue a refund for shipping. I will not be doing business with EVGA for future purchases.

    Bought a z690 dark motherboard on 11/23, board was DOA, would not power on. Contacted EVGA 2 days after I got the board and got no reply. I emailed them again and got a reply stating they could only replace with referb. I asked for a to return for a refund and they said it had been more them 14days since I received the board, its worth noting they drug their feet in getting back with me and that their supper number was not working at the time. After going back and forth for over a week they offered to take it back for a refund. but then they would not give me a return address and starting using the * word in place of my name. for a few more days I fought them for a return address witch they gave. I send the board back and did not get a full refund. I had to file a charge back where they lied to my bake about the whole ordeal. stating I did not know how to use a computer and harassing their reps over the phone, yet I was never even able to call them lol

    I bought the evga 750w gt 80+ gold rated. Im very happy with it. Shipping was fast and good. Came with 2 freebies. A gpu powerlink and a ahirt. Wish i couldve select a size medium but im still happy with it.

    During the *** shortage they instituted a points system for buying other (overpriced) products, which encouraged propel to buy these overpriced motherboards, then once the *** shortage ended they slashed prices without giving previous buyers any form of price protection. IMO a sleazy way to make extra profits.

    I'm sorry for any confusion about our queue system. We did institute a point system for our Queue 3.0 to help prevent bots from buying up all the product and help ensure those who did not have a card yet were able to purchase one. Generally this was very well received, and many of our customers found this to be the only way they could acquire a card during this time.As for pricing, normally per our store terms we only price match MSRP changes within 14 days of the date of purchase. To better assist our loyal customers, we were making exceptions and assisting customers up to 30 days out on price changes for a limited time. As always, if a customer has questions, concerns, or issues about any purchase, we are more than happy to discuss it directly with them!

    There's no confusion. You coerced customers to buy product they didn't necessarily need in the hopes of getting a GPU. Then you took our legs out from under ** by later dumping the said non-GPU product at half price, destroying the resale market. This is something that should be investigated by the ****

    A garbage company that steals from you and then lies about it. They double charged me and refunded to refund, hiding behind a fake company policy that doesn't exist.

    I have been a long time supporter of evga. I recently had my ****rtx ti fail due to a graphics driver update. The card has worked perfectly for 3 years and 5 months. But since the graphics driver update the gpu went toast. I have been on the phone with customer support and thru email have been contacted. How ever the treatment I got was rude and not professional and pretty much met with stiff resistance to help resolve the issue. As a long time customer I will not buy any products from evga and I will get this message out. Evga should have made this right regardless 5 months pass due on a 3 year warranty. The conversations on the phone and email was bizarre and seemed I dont care for the customer to make this right. $**** only to get a product that should last for 5 years or more is a investment. Then they pretty much told me tough luck. Can't make it right or get the product back to find out what happened. Please don't buy from them there care free attitude didn't even want to support the customer. Im really upset that they wouldn't even look into what happened and no concern for the customer who has bought products from them since early ****s. Again if you read this it seems this company doesn't care to help customers rather to rip you off and tell you tough luck. And oh thats common for that card to burn up in 3 years.. Seriously you tell a customer that? Where is the pride that you build quality products and make it right to keep customers? They don't have it right now and don't care. Again if you read this do not buy from evga anymore they don't care for the customer and will not give you great support. This was on them and they known it. Also sounds like they need to re educate there people to be better to help customers and show they really care about there products and to keep customers. I know this is long but when you invest **** bucks in a gpu they need to accommodate that and honor the customer complaint to keep there business. Never again from them!

    They are not committing to honoring current warrenties. Purchased a 10 year warranty on my 30 series card. Only answer I can find about honoring them is that I can get a refund on the 60 some dollar warranty. Unacceptable. If I'd ha e known the 10 year warranty I would have gone with a different company. The WHOLE POINT of buying a new card was to get a long warrent instead breaking my bank for a card that could die any day. Absolutly furious. Will never buy anything evga again unless they commit to honoring current warrenties. A refund of the warranty cost is not nearly good enough.

    So far I've had a great experience with EVGA and their customer support. I've had none of their products fail on me but did have an issue with my tracking label that they *********** up.

    ABYSMAL quality control! It happened several years ago. I ordered 3 GTX780TI of this brand for $2100. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM broke down WITHIN A MONTH on arrival! I sent them back for a repair but none was successfully fixed. This is not supposed to happen to any brand of any item! I swear I will never ever do business from them!

    I bought a power supply from this company and it quit working.i only used it for a month.i left the computer off for months.when i went and turned it on the power supply stopped working.I contacted EVGA and they said that i have to pay shipping to send it backThis product has a 3 year warranty and i don't think i should have to pay shipping on a product that didn't even last me a month.No one should have to pay shipping on a product that is under warranty.

    Im sorry your power supply failed. As the second tech mentioned, our Cross Ship RMA option does include a pre-paid *** label to cover your return shipping. I would encourage you to take advantage of this option if you would like to have us cover the shipping
